The person that helped me this evening went so quickly he added things to my burrito I didn’t ask for. He threw it away and made a new one which is so wasteful. The guac was the oldest, brownest guac they could have served coming out of a supposedly fresh batch pulled from down below. My partner said her burrito had no flavor and was also disappointed in the brown guac throughout her burrito. I paid 2.75 for guac I couldn’t stomach and the chicken in my bowl was cold. Overall, not a great experience or meal.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this absolutely needs to be said. I found a long black hair in my food, and unfortunately, this is NOT the first time this has happened to me at this location. Completely unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. I can guarantee I will never be back.

My sister and I went in around 9:30 pm after getting off work. We both work in restaurants so we know what’s it’s like to get people in right before close. We chose to come to chipotle because there was still a decent amount of time left before close so figured everything would be fine. Walked in, didn’t even get greeted, was rushed around, and treated poorly. The younger man making the bowls kept rushing both my sister and I about “what next, what else, which one” without even giving us time to think. They were also out of chx so I asked what else they had and he goes everything right here. I normally only get chicken so I wasn’t aware of the other options. After he got done making the food, he asked if my sister and I would be together or separate but did not complete the transaction. The girl (low pony tail with black hair completed the transaction and was also rude and rushing us. The card was not being ran the proper way and the girl could have been more polite on how to have it go through properly. My sister and I were hoping for a good meal after working 10 hr shifts but was instead met with disrespect and poor behavior. The whole experience was just negative and there needs to be some real work done on proper standards, communication, and common courtesy within employee to customer interactions.

I’d skip this Chipotle and go to another one. They will nickle and dime you here. They charged me $1.60 for a tiny little side of hot sauce….a first at Chipotle. Their manager in training, Austin had very poor customer service. I love Chipotle and go often, but I won’t be back at this location.

I never leave reviews but wow the customer service here is disgusting. I’ve only been to this location twice and had negative experiences both times. I had a pickup order today around 5pm and when I went up to the lady to ask for it, she gave me the nastiest side eye bc I interrupted a convo she was having with another employee. Didn’t realize doing your job was a huge inconvenience for you! Neither of them said a word to me the entire time. I’ve worked retail as a manager, I get customer service can be a lot sometimes but if u can’t put ur negative attitude away while working u probably shouldn’t work in customer service lol!

First of all, there are a lot of 1 star reviews and manager is what — not taking it seriously?! We took the food to go and the workers rushed us so fast, that they forgot to ask if we wanted free veggies and other things. I had to remind them. I went to Chipotle, a Mexican restaurant, at 5:45 this evening. A small, round-faced Mexican man there treated me very rudely. He rushed and hurried me, as if I were begging for food, without giving me time to think about what I had. He put more chicken on one side and less on the other, so when I asked for more, he asked if I wanted a double piece and only gave me one extra piece. I wondered if I was a customer or if they were trying to make a living. In my haste, I forgot the sauce and sour cream for dinner, even though it was for my husband, who is currently suffering from cancer. It was a truly unpleasant experience.

I’m not one to blast a business on Social media, but your internal review/chat was as disappointing as my recent online order. After 20yrs of being a loyal customer I have to say the quality has steadily been declining. We ordered four bowls and each of them was less than half and were not made as ordered. I recently had a medical procedure done and don’t have the energy to go back to the restaurant and hand it back the manager. But I assure you, I will begin exploring other restaurants that serve similar meals.

Two days in a row of pickup orders not being filled correctly – I checked the digital and physical receipts. The first time, the store was very busy. Tonight it was very slow.
Until now, I was willing to forgive this as the food was always of good quality and decently portioned.
This is an extra white rice bowl. The other portions aren’t great either – is this $12 worth of food?

Why are the people who work here so rude!? Why is it acceptable. Tonight I purchased a $25 bowl, not only was it overpriced but I was mishandled and mistreated by the staff. It seems to me like the staff is bias against African American patrons and it seems to be encouraged or at minimum overlooked. Every single one of the staff who handled my bowl was absolutely disgusting and rude. And what I find is the most telling is they sabotaged my carry out bag, they wet it with some kind of substance but by the grace of God the bag didn’t fail until I was safely home, so happy the plans of this disgusting group of haters did not work. Moving forward I will not return to this location the staff is terrible and conniving. Proceed with caution.
