Went to pick up my online order. The guy working the pick orders is on his cell phone for several minutes. He sees me waiting, but continues his conversation. I wait 15 minutes and still have not received my order. Five walk in customers get served before me despite the fact that I placed my order at 15 minutes prior to all of them. Find a more
motivated employee. It appeared that he was enjoying the fact that he was holding me up. Some sorta of control issue.

Pretty disappointing to find this huge bug (im assuming a fruit fly) in my food as I was going to this Chipotle quite often. The bug was hard so I’m assuming it either got cooked with the steak or had been sitting in the meat warmer for a bit. I’m glad I was paying attention, at first I thought it was just a crispy piece of steak but then I moved it over and saw legs. I called customer service and they are giving me the money back for the meal but still I just can’t see myself going back here after something like this

Food was cold. Servers were is a hurry and rude. Went there at 8pm for chicken el pastor and of course they were out, No apologies just make another choice and hurry up. Check out person was not willing to help with any questions. I’ll never go there again. Tempe rual and baseline store.

Super unhappy with my recent experience. I love chipotle and I hope this never happens again. I ordered delivery and everything was sealed properly, but when I opened my bowl, it was half empty and when I spread what was in there around, there was literally 4 pieces of chicken in there and a bunch of wilted green stuff(not lettuce) Such a waste of my money.

Disappointed Review for Chipotle Location – 815 East Baseline Road, Elliot & 101 Area
About a month ago, I came in with my daughter for dinner, about an hour before closing at the Chipotle located at 815 East Baseline Road. There were 3–4 employees working—one at the register, a couple in the lobby, and one by the grill—and I was the only customer there. No one greeted me when I walked in, and even though I waited patiently at the counter, no one asked for my order. One employee even looked at me, then turned away and kept sweeping.
There are other places in that same plaza, like Smashburger and Thai Chili, but I specifically wanted Chipotle that night. After being ignored for several minutes, I ended up leaving and going to Smashburger instead.
I’ve usually had decent experiences at Chipotle, but this visit was disappointing enough that I haven’t gone back since. I hope the staff improves their customer service, even toward closing time.

I am writing regarding my visit to your Elliot Road location (815 E Baseline Rd, Tempe, AZ 85283) on September 22, 2025, at 12:41 PM (Order #208, Host: Blanca). I purchased a bowl for $24.32, but the white rice was crunchy and undercooked, which negatively affected the meal’s quality.
On a positive note, I would like to compliment an employee (name unknown) who kindly offered assistance while I was waiting for my tortillas to be warmed. Her attentiveness and thoughtfulness stood out and should be recognized.
I value Chipotle for its fresh ingredients and consistency, but I recommend closer attention to food preparation, especially rice, to maintain expected standards.

I’m mo fan but the service was great. The girl who made my burrito was really nice and accommodating. I got the new chili oil thing and she explained it was a dollar upgrade which I appreciate but unfortunately it’s not worth an extra dollar I recommend skipping it.

1st time at this place. Places our order online very easy app to use. Food was great and employees friendly and patient. If u Oder drinks for pick up know the cups are in ur bag and u have to serve ur own drinks. Don’t make the mistake of not adding your sauces to your cart when you’re placing the order for pick up. Food was great and fresh I just wish that they would consider issuing to guacamoles for the shipping guacamole verses one too many chips, and not enough guacamole. This place is pretty busy so I suggest just placing your order online. The lines are way too long to just have one register.

I am actually so disappointed at this location. My second and last time ordering from here. I got a double meat and extra rice bowl with guacamole and sour cream and lettuce. And this is what i get. BARELY ANYTHING in the bowl! The fact that i even paid for the guac is crazy and this is the bowl im served with. Just find another Chipotle to serve you.
