Pretty disappointed in my most recent order with this chipotle.
Ordered 6 Bowls online.
There was no labels on any of the bowls so it was really hard to decipher who’s was who’s
Realized there were probably no labels on them because they were left in the bowl.
I have no clue how a worker would put a lid on this and hand it to a customer.

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! I love Chipotle but never disappointed with the other locations. However, this is a second time that I am disappointed at this one. First time it was hair in my bowl, like someone’s beard got into my bowl and I had to throw it away. This time is a quality. The women scooped the LAST THREE LITTLE SCOOPS OF WHITE RICE that she had left in the container, which I would say that is less than a normal portion and rice is haảd and sticky. Then she came to take lettuce, the lettuce container is watery, ALL WATER GOT INTO MY BOWL TOO. It’s gross and I have to throw away my bowl. NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Normally, when I order ubereats from this location, it’s great, and I get everything I ordered. BUT, this time, I ordered the queue blanco on my bowl, but they smothered my bowl with sour cream. I really don’t like sour cream at all, but it was all over my food. I tried taking it off, and it was 2/3 of my bowl that was edible.

As always, consistently yummy burrito bowl. Sadly, the dining room looked like a pigpen. Multiple tables, chairs, and the floor weren’t clean and customers were forced to grab their own paper napkins and clean their own tables & chairs. At times SEVEN employees were in the front, with no customer line, and yet not one employee did any cleaning in the DINING area the entire time I was there to eat my meal. You can do better than this, Chipotle!!!

Disappointing and hilarious male staff. I asked to sample the new chimichuri and young brown haired male looked like it was an odd request. He walked a few steps to the male manager and they had a brief discussion and finally gave one so I could try it. I had to ask for a chip unless I was expected to drink it.
My wife started to make here burrito and asked for them to put the chimichuri on it. This was a debacle because the you male had to stop to say it was an added charge for it. Just add it, still looking confused at me wife so she said here add this one, which was the sample I tried. He said, I cannot take that back…still confused I said, then can you just use one and add it?
Moving on, we had added queso in our burritos and this apparently was another anomaly. Here comes another huddle for the two males to figure out how to up charge. This was the most difficult process for a burrito!
My wife ordered chips, we finally sat down and she realized she had no salsa to go with them and I offered to go get a side which seemed like an impossibility after the struggle to try a sample or add the queso. I went back, grabbed a side of the pico and green and the young male slopped it into the containers and looked extremely annoyed. I just grinned at the cashier and said, “well he looks angry” ♂️
EITHER THE OWNERS OF THIS LOCATION ARE SO CHEAP THEY STRUGGLE WITH SAMPLES AND ADD ONS THAT THEY ACCOUNT FOR EVERYTHING…..OR THEY HAVE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
Yes there are always two sides, and maybe they see their side differently, but this was by far the saddest experience from a Chipotle, nope, the only poor experience we have ever had. The food was still good, but the service was a bit rude. The young females at the start of the line and cashier were wonderful, welcoming and pleasant. The date of our visit was 10/18/2025 around 11:30AM.

Greeted with friendly staff. Fast and quick service. I usually get the burrito bowl with steak. They had a new item call chicken pollo asada and decided to try it. It was awesome. Good flavor and not too spicy. I hope they keep on the menu permanently because it was delicious. Much more flavor than the regular chicken.

Chipotle is just classic American Mexican food. Every restaurant I’ve visited is exactly the same. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to all of them. Orders are processed quickly, reasonable price for the amount of food you get.

I’ve absolutely loved all the burrito bowls and tacos I’ve ever gotten from this Chipotle! The staff always give a friendly greeting when you walk in and will strive to make your order perfect. The guac consistently looks and tastes amazing, I get it every single time! As a repeat customer I can attest to the quality and deliciousness delivered here, come have a taste for yourself!

I was very disappointed, thinking that this would be a good location to meet a friend for lunch. It was her first time at this location and I feel very bad inviting her here… all of the meat was cold, dry and hard…. We ask where are they going to put in or get some fresh meat soon they said no… you can tell the food has been sitting there for a few hours driving out. they were scraping the sides and bottoms for guacamole so we ask for at least to have some fresh guacamole.
Even the fresh guacamole was hard and thick and you couldn’t even spread it on your tacos or burritos . Not sure if I am eating at this location again. You would think near the mall people would give you quality service. But what we got was quality attitude like we were wrong for asking for fresh food. The young workers were very nonchalant, and could care less they just want you out of the line….
