Absolutely ridiculous. I opened my order and it looks like a whole entire chunk was taken out of my food. I had ordered 3 bowls and all of them had little to nothing of what was put in the order. Chipotle is usually very good. But I can’t even put into words how disappointed I was opening this bowl. DO NOT go to the Provo University Avenue one.

The food here is either way too salted or never salted at all. I try to go more than once to see if it was just a fluke, but I’ve been there on multiple occasions with horrible service. I asked for double rice and double chicken and it’s like one scoop at any other chipotle. I mentioned that I don’t mind paying more but then they get mad when I ask for actual double rice/chicken. I usually try to be fair and honest when leaving reviews, but I would not recommend going here if you want to deal with crappy people.

Sent my daughters to go get an order of Chipotle for the family. Which is not a small amount of food for a family of 5. There have been at least 3 times when we have gone there and the actual little lady manager there has been rude and difficult to deal with. She gets so mad when we ask for changes on our order. BUT isn’t one of Chipotle’s ads is that we can do it like we want? If you do not feel that way then maybe you are not in the right industry. The beans there are never cooked all the way. The rice is always semi cooked. They never give you good portions when you ask for extra. Last night when my daughters went they charged her for two meat portions but only gave her one. My meat portion consisted of mostly huge fat pieces. And the servers were just so rude to my daughter. But what do you expect when the manager is setting the example? So we decided not to go to that one any longer as the one off of University Parkway has better service and better food.

We ordered large guacamole (which is not cheap) and found that there were two plastic lids inside the container making it look full but giving us much less guacamole than we paid for. In addition to being extremely sketchy and disappointing, it seems like they were overtly giving the middle finger to the customer. Did they think we wouldn’t notice we were getting scammed? Do they just not care? Between this experience and reading reviews of other people who have also had terrible experiences there I don’t think we’ll be going back.

I came in yesterday at 10:30, trying to order a burrito. Which I was waiting, I saw they have corn on the table and has been using on orders before me. When I ask for corn they refused to provide and stated only online orders can get corn. So I did the online order and they still refuse to give me corn saying we don’t want to give corn to you cause they are for other online customers who don’t know corn is shortage. When I confronted them the manager was being abruptly rude and pull out the race card saying she’s Mexican and burritos shouldn’t have corn, even stating I shouldn’t come in 30 minutes before store closed. I’m surprised with how bad this management became instead of preparing sufficient food, they just being condescending and treat customers like trash. That day I worked 12 hours, came in want to have a normal burrito, but have to deal with this unfairness.

This location is an absolute joke. This is the third time now where I’ve ordered an online pickup order and the portion size has been minuscule. My burrito was 6” and missing chicken and beans. If you try to make a complaint through the app, it just makes you go through circles and you can’t get through to anyone. They’ve created this loophole that they know is advantageous to them due to the consistency in their lack of portions. Embarrassing that I used to like this place.
