I was there at 11:45 on a Tuesday a.m. There were two other customers and a clean table was hard to find. There was no ice in the soda dispenser. The staff was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the restaurant just did not seem very clean generally.

Oh, this location is AWFUL. Portions are far below standard. They open at 11a. I visited after 1130a, and they had no brown rice. The pinto beans looked like they had been kiln-dried, for days! We drove quite a way from our route just to go to a Chipotle, I can’t even begin to express our level of disappointment. This store is tearing down the corporate brand. Corporate, take notice, and take action, this store is ruining your reputation.

Below is a picture of one their pre chosen steak protein bowls. It costs $15 before tax and about $16.20 after. The serving size was laughable. It had less than ten pieces of steak total and maybe 20 pieces of lettuce. I ordered it for pick up so didn’t look at it til I was home…Ridiculous, this is the second time I’ve ordered from this specific chipotle where the serving size was ridiculously small, I gave them a second chance but will not be giving them a third.

Manager is unwilling to add items that aren’t standard on food. My wife wanted to add rice to her tacos and although the worker was willing to do it, the manager said no. Then while eating, I overheard someone ask if they could put queso on a burrito and the manager said I haven’t trained on that so we can’t do it. It’s just strange and left customers confused and not satisfied.

There was a bug in my food. I ate here at around lunchtime on April 20, 2023. Ordered the Chicken Al Pastor salad. Noticed that this green bug was walking around after I took a couple bites. The email the store gave me didn’t work. Never again.

I love Chipotle and have eaten there thousands of times. This is the worst location. The manager (older woman) is super stingy and rude and gives the absolute smallest servings I’ve ever seen. She said I would have to pay extra for larger portion of sides which is not the case I even verified on the app. Extremely rude. All the workers you could tell felt uncomfortable. Avoid this location. Chipotle is amazing though!

Everything was cold. Employees didn’t remember that veggie salad came with guacamole. Manager tested several items and said they were 165 degrees or something and said it was fine. Since the salad doesn’t have a lot of liquid, it doesn’t retain heat well after dishing it up, so it should be at 180 degrees. By the time you sit down it is cool. When I called back they said that the heating machine heats it to 170-180 max because their corporate offices don’t allow them to turn it higher, which heats the food to 165. They need to talk to corporate to raise that or make sure they set it at 180.

I was there Friday @4. I ordered a chicken bowl. The portion was much smaller than other locations but I did not mind. I sat down and on my third bite I bit into a large plastic object.(gross) When I showed the staff they were annoyed and made me a half portion bowl. It had 4 pieces of chicken and a hand full of lettuce. I will never go back to this location again.
