Went for my daughter’s school spirit night. Food is good (we got a kids meal build your own taco and a bow). My daughter choose steak for her protein and I went with the beef barbacoa. It was good but cold before we finished, and it’s not like we took a long time to eat. The service was fine, and it was fun to be with some of her classmates.

Ordered online. Super unimpressed. A salad should have a good amount of lettuce. There was barely any. Also for a double protein bowl the chicken was very skimpy. For your cost I would expect outshining and outperforming conpetition. Same price, similar options, Costa Vida and Cafe Rio blow you out of the water and guacamole and sour cream are included. Shame. They’re both up and down the street from you. Great way to give your customers away

This Chipotle has been consistently good! I eat here 3-4 times per week. Even when I order Delivery, they provide plenty of food when I ask for “extra” of anything. The service is fast and friendly and the quality is high. If the quality changes later, I will change my review. For now, now complaints!

I went to this chipotle today and an obviously new employee prepared my bowl and the customer in front me’s bowl. Neither of us had queso in our Bowls, but the employee indicated that we did.
When the person in front of me got to the register the cashier asked if there was queso on his bowl, and he answered no. The cashier looked hesitantly at the other employee but did not ask the person who made it if there was. The cashier rang him up and then got to me and asked me if there was queso on my bowl, and I also told her there was not. Again she just looked at the other employee with a hesitant look on her face but did not ask them if there was, and did not check the bowl which was right next to her. She rang me up and I took my food.
On my way back to work I checked the receipt and saw that she had charged me $1.70 for queso, which I understand in the grand scheme of things is not that big of a deal. That said, a brand new employee made the bowls and two customers in a row told the cashier that there was no queso on them. Instead of simply asking the other employee or checking the bowl itself, the cashier just looked at the other employee with a perplexed look and then still charged for it.
Again, I understand this isn’t that big of a deal, but I am out the equivalent of nearly 7 gumballs for something that could have been avoided with a simple doublechecking. Would not recommend.

I ordered a bowl with No rice, double black beans and extra lettuce. I received a bowl that is over 50% rice with no black beans to speak of and about 8 shreds of lettuce. I will admit that my usual experience is much better here, but this time was very disappointing. Especially since I reached out on the app and they just offered me a free drink. I don’t even want the free drink. I just want a properly made bowl.

This is by far my favorite Chipotle, with Sandy coming in 2nd. The one in mtn view village needs help! I do reccomend going in to place the order so you can see exactly what you want. My goto is the Burrito bowl. Good Job on my order today, it was so good!
