Whoever at Chipotle came up with the digital order drive-through deserves a raise—and maybe a cape. Being able to order through the app and simply drive up to a window is a lifesaver, especially when you have a child in the car. Before having my daughter, hopping out to grab dinner felt easy. Now, the idea of unbuckling a car seat just to run inside? Hard pass. This setup is a dream for parents.
Every time I place a pickup order, it’s ready when promised, completely accurate, and generously portioned. No complaints there. My husband likes to pack everything into his burrito, which sometimes causes structural issues—but the option to add a double tortilla is genius and saves the burrito from falling apart mid-bite.
Most recently, we ordered a quesadilla for our daughter. As parents know, kids’ appetites are unpredictable, so I played it safe and ordered the regular (non-kids menu) version. The quesadilla came with guacamole at no extra charge (a win!) and a generous side of pico de gallo—which I may or may not have eaten entirely on my own. The burritos are massive, too, which means leftovers for the next day (another win).
The service is always excellent, and the employees are consistently friendly and helpful. Chipotle continues to make life easier—and tastier—for our family.

Never been so disappointed. Ordered six hard shell tacos & of course the one time I don’t check my bag before I leave the complete order was wrong & I was missing three tacos. Went back, only for her to remake them wrong again. Here I am, third time, toppings wrong once again. I am in disbelief. Actually insane. Pretty inconvenient & annoyed. This location is 5 minutes from home I’ll rather drive further to get my order right the first time.

Please explain to me why chipotle advertised a bogo deal for the entire month if they are going to give me some of the worst portions i have ever seen. The bowl i got was half as full as any other ive ever gotten and i come here frequently so I know what normal portions are. My friend genuinely burst out laughing when he watched the shorter worker guy literally pinch about 3 pieces of lettuce into my bowl. Everyone be warned, if you are coming here expecting to get a good discount because of some deal you saw online- know you’ll get discount portion sizes as well. Food tasted fine though

For how expensive this place is I’m actually so angry. We got 2 of the EXACT same burritos and one of them is TINY and for 12 bucks each this is insane. Not to mention the two girls working one (black hair, braces) was laughing and giving us dirty looks the other was kind but this was the worst experience iv had I will now be going to the jordan landing location from now on.

Every time I order a burrito to go this people make sure they make it as SMALL as possible. It’s outrageous how I spend more money to get“double” steak plus chicken and many other ingredients just to get a burrito almost of the size of a baseball. How does that even makes sense ? This people ALWAYS do it when ordering pick ion orders.
