I ordered a bowl, a burrito (with completely different ingredients), a watermelon limeade, and a fountain drink.
i got two burritos, with guacamole. Which i am allergic to. so specifically didn’t get that.
the front person working did offer to make more watermelon limeade as they were out, but laughed. he even looked directly at the receipt to check our drinks. they put the cups in the bag, and the completely wrong food.
the only good thing that happened was they gave us larger cups for the drink mishap.
this was my first experience at chipotle, i couldn’t figure out how to get a l refund, which i fully believe i deserve. i spoke to the stupid AI chat on the app and it gave me a free entree and a drink. i’m sure there will be limitations, and it doesn’t match to 37 dollars of food.

The food was not made correctly to order, the burritos themselves were made incorrectly. I am missing my requested side items Larg chips and cheese and a Large doctor pepper lite ice. No napkins given with order. Was served by a 5’5 skinny Mexican, early 20s. Under Michael’s management. I understand having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for bad service. Highly disappointing and dissatisfied. Will never come back will never recommend anyone to come here.

It is October 2 Thursday around 1:45pm I’m hungry I just got out of a meeting with my boss and a client and I am working hard. My boss says that she’s ordering Chipotle. Typically I’m not a chipotle girly but I’m never gonna say no to free food. So I put in my order on DoorDash and forget about it all the while my hunger increases. The food arrives and immediately I feel the weight coming from of the signature cardboard. I have to be careful opening it just because of the sheer volume of it. I take my first bite and I am immediately reminded why I am glad to be alive. The sour cream was plentiful the rice is a perfect amount the lettuce is mountainous. I am married but I would gladly open up my relationship to a third if they made burrito bowls this great. So thank you so much to whoever is on the building station and took the time to brighten my day. I hope your pillow is always cold, I hope you find $20 on the ground, I hope you always have an open pump at the gas station, I hope your kids are well behaved and make you proud because you are the highlight of my year. I hope whatever manager reads this remembers that your team is the people we need in the world.

I don’t get why Chipotle always decides to give us less for what we pay for. I ordered DoorDash and I asked for extra protein and paid for it while only getting the normal serving amount. I get food service and how it’s always busy, but consistency is what matters and if these reviews are always good I don’t know why they decide to not keep up with that for everyone. Ive had a pretty bad day, and Chipotle always cheered me up so I decided to order from a location I havent ordered from yet to see if they are just as consistent as my go to store. Obviously not, I shouldn’t have had to pay for extra if I didn’t get extra in the end. I may be petty but it’s my money I’m spending, why not give what is paid for?

Great food, great service. Everytime I have came in they have went overboard to make sure my food was amazing as well I was truly happy. I enjoy my chicken bowls every time. Im starting to come in twice or three times a week. Thank you for the great service that you provided as well as the best chicken bowls I received.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unnecessarily aggressive, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. On top of that, the portion sizes were extremely small and absolutely not worth the price. I expect better customer service and consistency from Chipotle, but this location completely missed the mark. I won’t be returning. This was absolutely pitiful.

Usually my only gripe, which isn’t voiced are the stale chips. One time, over the many trips taken to Chipotle i received uncooked rice in my burrito. They did give me another burrito at my next trip tho. Great eats, generous portions and awesome staff. Great music, clean atmosphere. Do enjoy!

When I went in to pick up an order I had placed on the DoorDash app, I was told it had accidentally been given to someone else and that they didn’t have my order anymore. The girl told me to wait while they contacted DoorDash to see if DoorDash would approve them redoing the order. I waited for 25 minutes just for the girl to come back and tell me her manager is too busy to call DoorDash at the moment but that he would call later in the night to tell them to refund me but that they will not be remaking my food. I completely understand mistakes being made but my problem should have been resolved right then and there instead of rudely being brushed off and told it would be handled sometime later when it was their fault the problem occurred in the first place. I will be contacted DoorDash myself because I honestly don’t even trust them to handle cancelling the order at all.

I got a chipotle bowl and while ordering the young man making my food was rude to me. He was even rude to the cashier he worked with. When I made it home and took my first bite I noticed something so hard in my mouth I couldn’t even bite through it. I took it out of my mouth and it was a piece of clear plastic resembling those clear covers for those eyebrow razors is the best way I can describe it. I tried to call but I was only referred by the operator to put in a complaint online. I won’t be back✌
