These people need to learn how to speak English to communicate with United States citizens. They are very rude. No one‘s wearing a name tag so if you have to make a complaint, you don’t even know their name when you ask for their name they won’t give you their name and this place need to be cleaned up. It’s a mess. However, the food was great and tasted really fresh but the Customer Service here sucks and the lobby is disgusting.

Okay, as yuppie as this whole area is, they have the right stuff, and staff, to make it a good experience. Not only was this place clean, but the long line was executed with the quickness. We didn’t even have to wait long after our orders were in.
Outside the food being as expected and the table setting being tight, this place was a really plain, solid place to hit up.

If you’ve been to a Chipotle, you’ll be familiar with this one. Got all your choices of burritos, bowls, salads and more. I usually get chicken but this time I got the barbacoa as a bowl. They seemed generous on the portions and gave me a lot of lettuce as well

Calling the health department at 0900 tomorrow!! I just watched the male cashier walk out of the bathroom with cleaning supplies and gloves on. Walked right to the register, took OFF the dirty gloves from cleaning the toilet IN the food area, he NEVER washed his hands and he started grabbing burritos and put them in bags. As a nurse, I took my food and tossed it. Chipotle can keep my $12 and the E.coli contaminated food. Absolutely horrific!!

6:30pm dinner rush and there is only one person on the line. The other employee is literally leaning against the drink cooler with his arms crossed, occasionally ringing up customers. There is no sense of urgency and no manager in sight. The dining room is filthy. My food is barely warm. And I am once again reminded why I rarely visit Chipotle anymore.

Just went to this location to pickup a mobile order that said it was “ready for pickup”. I went up and told two ladies (who were rude and gave off a cliquey vibe) my name for the order — and they said it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later I go up and ask again if it was ready, and they proceed to give me a bag that was sitting there since I walked in.
Totally get that mistakes happen but they never even checked the bags that were ready for pickup the first time I asked and when I called out that my order was the bag sitting there for 10+ minutes, they started giggling very odd interaction and very poor service overall.
Food almost always 10/10 though

UPDATE: I was really disappointed in my order so I went back and asked them to remake it and they did with no questions asked it was very easy. So I am happy now. The main thing with this is the employees they just need to slow down when making the food.

The girl working the line was moving way too fast I had to ask for extra rice and beans because she barely gave me any. And then when we got to the the salsa. She then drowned my food in it. I asked for light sour cream also (picture reference) There was no one behind me. Rushed me for no reason. Very bad customer service, super disappointing especially since I just got off work and was excited for this meal.

We came to Chipotle after a yoga class (Thurs night around 820p). The staff is nice but they seemed to be out of items and there was still so many people coming in for food. The lady in front of us wanted lettuce on her bowls but was told they were out of lettuce. Well, my husband wanted a salad and I thought he would have been told they were out of lettuce but they did have “salad lettuce.” Ok, not really sure why there’s a difference but at least the hubs got his salad.
I wanted lettuce on my bowl, but because they were out, I didn’t ask. The man behind us was ordering 4 items and asked for lettuce and was denied because they were out. I’m only mentioning this because while we were denied, the lady behind the man behind us asked for lettuce and was told that they were out. She then asked for “salad lettuce” and the employee said “Yes, you can have that,” which made the man behind us ask why he couldn’t get lettuce and was told that they were out. The employee then went back to get more lettuce but never offered it to the man behind us, which is completely poor customer service.
We decided to eat at Chipotle since I was starving after yoga and the entire place was in disarray. They were out of the watermelon lemonade that they were advertising. They were out of forks and the entire dining area was dirty with food and napkins on all the tables, chairs, and floors. We decided to eat on the patio in the sprinkling rain because that was the only clean area since it had been raining all afternoon.
Both the bathrooms were closed so I wasn’t able to wash my hands. While the dining room was a complete disaster, 3 employees thought that it was fine to just have a meeting in front of the closed bathrooms and not help their counterparts.

They put the smallest amount of guac on my one taco even though I didn’t get meat. It was 3 times the amount of a Chipotle near my house. The soft taco clearly sat out, so the edges were hard. I asked for a refund, and there was no apology. Tables were dirty. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this location.
