I came in at 3:15pm: 08/18/2025. Whoever is working during this time is amazing! I’ve been to the chipotles around the area and this is my first time at this location and 100% way better. I feel like the workers actually care about the customers. The food tastes way better than the other locations in Colorado and I haven’t tasted this type of quality since I had chipotle in North Carolina. Definitely going to be a new favorite chipotle spot!!

I love Chipotle food! But for some reason over the last year or so, the chips have been about the worst I have ever had. And this is not limited to the location in Northfield. They taste stale even though staff ensures they make them fresh every day. I like to use the chips to dip into my burrito bowl, but I think I’ll forego their chips and buy my own for a bit.

Ordered lunch on the online app usual customer not usually at this location. But when I opened my chipotle bowl there was a piece of clear plastic inside right on top of my sour cream!! Thank God I seen it before I started to eat it disappointing on chipotles end that you are not able to reach any one to voice your concern! What a horrible experience as this is a new location! see the below video!!!!

I hate this neighborhood but this Chipotle is what I will miss. They definitely do not skimp at ALL, I l9ve it. At least when I go in the evening usually after 6 anyway. Huge portions! I pay like a little more than $16 for 2 scoops and they don’t do the jiggle-it-off thing that I hate. Just frikkin scoops the thing! Nice! I’m hungry, I’m going to go get me some chipotle but I’ll add my own sour cream at home, it’s even cheaper and I can heat it before the sour cream because it unfortunately isn’t the hottest when I bring it home. Do not ever microwave it if it has guacamole! Ever! It’ll turn brown and nasty.

The acceptable time range to unlock the doors is +/- 60 seconds from the advertised opening time. At least for any serious business. Not only did they prioritize pla catering order that nobody was there to pick up, they didn’t even unlock the doors until 15 minutes after advertised opening so people had wait in the cold. Not a well managed location.

Even though this location just opened, you would think that they would be on top of things but unfortunately that is not the case… The staff want to rush you though the line, I had to pay two separate times because she was rushing me out so fast that she forgot to add my chips and guac on my order. Mind you they were still open for another hour. They were also out of a lot of stuff and it was 10pm, I could understand like 10:45, even 10:30 but if it’s open until 11pm, they should’ve had more items at 10pm. The hot food items were also cold and kinda old looking. The reason they got two stars is cause the store was really clean. But it’s a new store so I wouldn’t expect otherwise.

I used to go to this branch when it first opened, and it was good. Then I moved and it became a bit far for me, so I stopped going.
I went back recently, and honestly, the new management surprised me — it feels like a pleasant atmosphere and the service is really good.
