When we entered at 9pm the workers seemed disappointed to see us. The girl making our food was obviously irritated and just throwing everything together with small portions but we didn’t say anything. Took our food to go. After a few bites I notice the steak is undercooked. Obviously pink. How did they not notice that when cutting. The steak has never been like this in the past. We will never go to this location again.

Typical Chipotle, steady quality – you basically always know what you’re gonna get – staff and cleanliness will vary. Here, food was its usual decent quality, but tables could have used a good spray and wipe. Folks making the burritos and tacos seemed less than thrilled to see you, however. I know it can be a tough, tedious job, but it is a customer-facing position, so try to make them feel welcome. And I do wish the company in general would revamp the whole steel and warehouse feel – always feels cold and harsh – not a criticism of this location, just of the misguided committee at corporate that made the decor decision.

Dollars for rice and beans, and my bowl is half empty…. rice and beans cost cents. I’m also tired of the employees acting like they’re paying for the food with their own money. Order in the app (check 1020037) said it’d be ready at 6. I get in the parking lot and get a message that they’re running behind. No problem. I go to Walmart. After I check and they still don’t have my order. I wait an hour and get a message that my order is ready. Then I go where pickups orders are supposed to be. There’s a sign that I have to ask the cashier. I’m not going to wait in line and go straight to the cashier who acts like he doesn’t notice me. I ask for my order he gives me my bag. I get home and my order isn’t correct. My wife’s order was fine but they ripped me off. I ordered extra of almost everything and including rice, beans, chicken, mild tomato, medium corn, medium green, hot red, cheese, lettuce. They only put rice, beans, sour cream, lettuce and a smaller serving of chicken than in my wife’s. I’ve included pictures to show they ripped me off after being charged extra for everything and not even putting a single serving of what I ordered.
Next time I’m going in early and making you build my order in front of me because you just took my money I paid extra on and on top of it were given a whole hour to do your job and failed to do as asked or even be able to read.

Location has really declined. When I lived nearby, used to go all the time. Last time I visited, I got a skimpy burrito, but hey I get it. Get back on the road, thing was cold, chicken was tough. Went back, was told that they could remake it, yay. Got back on the road. Cold burrito. Pretty sure it was the same one, with a new tortilla. Won’t be back.

During these trying times it is hard to eat out. It has become a luxury to most of us. The cost of living has come to haunt us under the new regime. Tariffs, operating costs, greedy corporations, all lead to inflation against the average American.
I ordered 2 entrees and a bottled coke. My order came out to $29! 2 entrees and a bottled coke. For almost $30 dollars. Some folks can pay for this but some of us will be held back.
Chipotle will keep raising these prices if you all don’t stop buying it. This isn’t a place to eat at if your hurting on money. Go shopping and gather groceries for $30 dollars, compared to a meal you won’t be able to enjoy, because your traumatized by the price you just paid. Be smart and stay safe fellow Americans.

There is a big language barrier at least when I went. No matter how much I tried I couldn’t understand what the person plating my order was saying. The service was decent as they tried there very best and the order worked out. The food was average and I didn’t get as big of a portion I normally do at other locations.

Why can I not give negative stars? This location is atrocious in every aspect. The employees look half-dead and don’t even bother to acknowledge that you exist. I think if I didn’t engage with them we would just sit there and stare at each other for eternity.
I’d you want to order online, DON’T. I placed a mobile order for pickup and that was a huge mistake. Not only was it not ready on time (ten minutes late), but they gave me half a burrito; seriously, like half the normal portion sizes. I don’t know if they were trying to be cheap by direction of their manager, or if they were being intentionally incompetent. Either way, some of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle and I will NEVER eat Chipotle again because of this store.

This place… Is pretty gross. After my i got my order and decided to sit down, some weird stiment fell upon my table. I looked up and to my dismay, the design structures that circle around the ventilation has been spiled over years of use and lack of cleanliness. They’re stained a black around many openings and I do not think that is a good thing to have in a eatery. I decided to eat outside.
My order, however, was quick, simple and the service is as expected. With the food being hot enough to enjoy without extra “flavoring.”
