Went in to pick up an online order and waited 20 minutes for my order to be prepared and I was told it would be ready by the time I got there. The employees up front were just standing around doing nothing, and when asked if they could help the lady in the back who was preparing the “to go” orders, and they said they aren’t allowed to move nor help any other coworker. Another customer who was also waiting told them to go ask their manager to help, and one did and he told them that only one could help. There was no one in line getting food. It’s ridiculous to just stand around and do nothing. Behind the counter and on the floor was disgustingly filthy with food on the floor and no one would clean it up, they just kept walking in it. The Owner, General Manager and management in general should be ashamed of how they allow this place to be ran. Seeing the food on the floor is one huge reason why I will never go back. If it looks like that in plain view, one can only imagine what it looks like in the kitchen and the rest of the restaurant. If a Health Inspection would be done at this Chipotle, they would be shut down.

Every time I come to this location for my pick up order, it’s never on the shelf when ready. Therefore, I’m forced to speak to the staff who is so rude. I went in tonight to find my pick up order not on the shelf again (it was ready for over five minutes when I got there). The lady with glasses never speaks to the customers when you let her know you have an order, and the kid working with her tonight just flat out didn’t talk to me. I told him thank you and to have a goodnight. Ice cold stare, no words out of his mouth. I’ve never been treated so poorly, the current staff is awful.
I’ve had plenty of orders not come with the extras I order to top it off.
I will find a new location to order from, as the staff you have on currently doesn’t give a crap about the customers. If they were putting it on the shelf, I wouldn’t have to speak with them and these issues wouldn’t occur. But since they can’t even do that, I’m left to deal with their bad service habits, and I won’t give my money to this location anymore.

*I would not recommend using the app to do pick up orders here. The pickup here is a mess & my meals were half full every time I would do that. They were also never placed on the rack so I always had to ask an annoyed employee for my takeout.
Maybe the dine in experience is better, it probably is, the food was tasty.

Five-Star Chipotle Experience!
I had an awesome visit to Chipotle recently, and everything from the service to the food was spot on. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. My order was prepared perfectly, with fresh ingredients and generous portions that hit the spot.
The burrito bowl I got was packed with flavor, tender chicken, perfectly seasoned rice, and all the toppings blended beautifully. The guac was fresh and creamy, and the chips had that perfect crunch with just the right amount of salt and lime.
The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or fueling up after a long day, this Chipotle location delivers quality and consistency every time. Definitely coming back!

We had such a great experience at this Chipotle location! Our group ordered 4 hard shell tacos, a chicken bowl, and 2 bowls with double rice and double chicken—and every single item exceeded our expectations. Compared to other nearby Chipotle locations, the quality here really stood out. Everything was hot, fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Our order was perfectly accurate, which is always appreciated.
Even though the restaurant was busy (we were at the end of a long line), the team kept things moving with professionalism and a positive attitude. Juanita and Thomas handled the line with patience and efficiency, tag-teaming to keep the food line stocked without missing a beat—thank you both! Morgan stepped in to help at the tail end of the line and truly went above and beyond. When we realized we were a few dollars short (left my Apple Pay in the car), she graciously covered the difference without hesitation and said, “we’ve got this for ya!”—a kind gesture we’ll never forget.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was outstanding, and the food was some of the best we’ve had from Chipotle in a long time. Parking was easy, and the location is convenient. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this Chipotle to others!

Where I am from in Utah the stores have reacted positively to the claims of skimping. We ordered for 7 people spending over $15 per person. I could have received a better portion from a kids happy meal from McDonald’s and spent less. Very disappointing, especially when your company was founded in this state. Honestly, if I were the store manager or kitchen manager I would be absolutely embarrassed. Where are the restaurateurs they used to have, driving quality?!

Wow, ok so this Chipotle just can’t get an order right. Every single time. You’d think we’d learn our lesson and stop ordering but time passes and you forget.

My daughter didn’t even bother to eat half her kids meal because it was so bad.
The chips were also over salted.

Completely Unprofessional and Pathetic – Don’t Waste Your Money Here
This Chipotle location is a complete joke. The workers here are lazy, careless, and clearly have zero professionalism. Just look at what I received—a sad, thrown-together mess that looks like someone scooped up leftovers from the counter and dumped them into a bowl. WHERE is the rest of my food? Not only is this portion embarrassingly small, but I didn’t even get the toppings I asked for. How hard is it to follow a simple order? The steak is dry and pathetic, the rice is clumped together like it’s been sitting out for hours, and the cheese is disgusting—because, shocker, the employees here don’t care enough to do their job right. It’s actually embarrassing how little effort went into this. I paid full price for this garbage, and for what? To get scammed out of half my order? If you don’t want to work, quit. If management doesn’t want to hold their employees accountable, they should step down too. This location needs new leadership immediately because clearly, no one here gives a damn about customers. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects their customers instead of stealing their money and serving them trash.

Received guacamole that was absolutely vile looking and tasting. Went back to see if they had a fresh batch and they said that was all they had. Employee told me that he doesn’t “source the avocados” so I told them they should not be selling product that has gone bad and they didn’t seem to care at all. Absolutely disgusting service and quality. Will not be going back to this location.

I do not know what the approximate expected portion of “meat” is expected on a burrito (bowl) but I just weighed the amount of fat and it was a flat 3.0 oz, about 90% more than I have had on close to 30-40 burritos in the past. Obviously not all from this location, it was disappointing as I love their burritos…..
