We had a big group for dinner after our soccer game. The food was really good. We had the carne asada burrito- excellent. Kids had tacos and mixed burrito were very good. Service behind the counter was good. Only complaint was the place was not clean! Tables had not been wiped. Left over food trays were on one table and were left there the whole time we had our meal. Area around the rice, meat, etc had not been wiped up. They were busy but not so busy that they couldn’t clean up.

Honestly they said they were out of steak and were almost out of guac. They barely put any guac in my burrito and then I looked over and they were closing the kitchen early. I’ve worked in fast food and understand the want to go home but this is chipotle. This is a big company and I expected better especially for the price. I would not recommend eating here unless you are okay with getting served something that they have “in stock”. Also my food was cold and my chicken was really burnt too.

We had such a wonderful meal — everything was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Inside, the atmosphere was just perfect: calm, welcoming, and very relaxing. It’s the kind of place where you can truly enjoy your time with good company. The restaurant itself was also spotless and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great meal in a cozy and clean setting!

I visited the Chipotle location on Ware Road and the expressway on Monday evening around 5:30-6:00 PM, expecting a quick and smooth experience. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service and food availability.

Upon arrival, I found that there were no meats, vegetables, or beans ready to be served—all the food pans were empty. I waited about 30 minutes, watching some meat being grilled, only to find out it was steak, not chicken, which I had been waiting for. The chicken took additional time to be prepared, and meanwhile, I saw them start cooking vegetables and beans—basic items that should have already been ready, especially during peak dinner hours.

Another customer mentioned that while he has visited other Chipotle locations without issue, this particular location has consistently had problems with food availability. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for the chicken, yet other ingredients were still missing. Frustrated and short on options, I settled for a taco.

To make matters worse, when my order was finally put together, a scoop of extremely spicy salsa was added without my request. Although my meal was comped as an apology, the salsa was so overwhelmingly hot that neither my wife nor I could finish our food. After spending nearly an hour at Chipotle, we left disappointed and still hungry.

This experience reflects poor management and a lack of preparation from the staff. Several employees were standing around, with some stating they weren’t authorized to grill meat, which suggests a staffing or managerial issue. I also witnessed multiple customers walk out without ordering due to the long wait times.

A chain like Chipotle should have food ready to serve, especially during peak hours. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, and I hope the owner or franchise management addresses these ongoing issues. Until then, I don’t see myself returning to this location.

Usually when I come they have everything, but the past 2 visits I’ve had they don’t have beans, sour cream, queso, chips, and corn. However what they did have wasn’t up to its best quality, the rice was immensely hard. It’s so frustrating coming, and they don’t have the basic things. One of the times in December 2025 it was an hour before closing and they didn’t have any forks, so I asked for one and the worker asked me if a spoon was fine. Not too sure why it was such a hassle to get me a fork when you still have an hour in your shift. Ever since they hired new people, the service has gone down making me not want to visit this location.

Small portions on the scoops
I ordered double stake it really looked like one scoop and I mentioned to the guy, he said that’s already 2, but it really looked like half of one each scoop, really disappointed I was really hoping for it to be a good portion of the food and a good service but in reality the guy looked like if he didn’t care , but definitely not going in this franchised again extremely disappointed do better chipotle with hiring better associates.

I really don’t understand how this place can never get an online order correct. I’ve not once had my order come out correct from an online order, and to make it worse there is no way to have it corrected or even get refunded. I called the store and it doesn’t even give you an option to speak to someone. At least the chipotle on 10th gets it right once in a while. All in all had to fill out a lengthy questionnaire on the ruined plate just for them to send me a BOGO coupon. What a joke send me a coupon to buy more food from you after you keep ruining the food Ive already purchased. Wish I could give zero stars. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FOR PICK UP OR DELIVERY.

I went to chipotle after a long day of work , and I got my usual chicken bowl order , and everything was fine, until it wasn’t . The next day I was projectile vomiting all day. I was extremely nauseous and I could barely stand without getting slapped with nausea. I got food poisioning. I’m not sure what exactly was wrong with my food. But something was definitely wrong .
