This place doesn’t deserve any stars whatsoever. I paid $19 for this, and I looked at one of the workers dead in the eyes and she was serious… if you run out of things, refill it? Or tell the customer to wait?? Barely any steak, barely any queso, It’s not even closing time, what the hell… do better and hire better people.

The workers were so upset & I asked for a little bit of sour cream and she put three spoons. I told her that’s too much and she looked at her coworker and ignored me as she said I am supposed to go home already. They close at 11 pm but don’t have any protein but chicken since they close “soon”.

No reason to order through the app and not get the full portion of proteins when you’re paying for it. 35 dollars after tax and tip, for two full sized separate proteins in a bowl and it’s like I got half of each. If the meats were separated it would be like as if they scooped each one with a spoon like are we deadass What even is the point of paying that amount if you’re gonna get shorted

Ordered through Chipotle app. Order was done a minute earlier than anticipated – awesome. That’s where the good stops and the abysmal begins. Cashier sad food wasn’t done, but was able to find it after a few minutes in the back, not on the to go shelf. The bag was soaked on the bottom, but I was ignored for the extra few minutes I stood there. Got home with the order and burritos that were only supposed to be different by salsa and having the beans on the size are massively different in size. Mine was cold – as in fridge cold. I don’t even know how something could get so cold in a 3 minute drive. Good thing I own a microwave. I’m nearly certain the fridge burritos from the gas station are warmer.

And they also forgot the side guac. No where to be found.

Won’t be back – even for their “buy one get one free” compensation that came from support.

I came to get a bowl and the girl asked if white rice was okay and i asked if i can wait for brown as i saw the gentleman in the back making it. as i was in the middle of saying that she rolled her eyes and looked back at the guy waiting. I tried getting her attention to apologize and said the people behind me can go ahead and I can wait. She ignored me twice when I was trying to tell her that. After that the gentleman next to her took over to finish my bowl although he was nice he gave me the smallest proportion ive ever gotten of steak so I had to agree to double steak to get a decent size which fine I guess if I have too. But that girls attitude ruined my whole experience wont be coming back to this one.

Just ordered my bowl through DoorDash and this amount of food is a joke. I know they give you less if don’t order it in person but this is maybe half a normal bowls worth of food. And with these higher prices that keep going up every few months this is just disrespectful. I used to work at chipotle, I know what they’re supposed to look like. The flavor isn’t even worth this small portion, I won’t be going back

this is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The workers are so miserable and hate their job every time I come here it’s a struggle to get my order together Whether it be through the online or in person. This is the closest chipotle near me so I suck it up but honestly, I’m so tired of it and I’m gonna start driving further out. There’s a black girl with the Afro thats dyed has the worst attitude always, there’s never been a time that I come in there in the evening and her attitude isn’t disgusting. She’s absolutely miserable and takes it out on customers for whatever reason I understand times are tough, but it’s literally not. My force go get a new job she needs to be fired. But she’s not the only one today I went in and a Hispanic presenting girl didn’t mind ball and absolutely rushed through it. I’m having to yell things three times cause she’s so worried about moving onto the next thing she’s not getting what I want. I wasn’t asking for extra chicken I wanted extra corn, sour cream, and light salsa, and even as I was deciding which salsa I wanted, she repeated and kept repeating the spice levels of each one Like I was just dumb there were maybe two people behind me. It takes nothing to allow someone a couple minutes to think about what they really want. It’s my food at the end of the day. Overall, this location just really sucks. They need to hire people with better attitudes and improve company morale because this is ridiculous.

Placed an order online and I waited 20 minutes just for them to tell me they did not receive the order even though the Chipotle app said it was being prepared.

I had asked when I entered the Chipotle if my order was done and the worker said no. I had asked again after 10 mins and again after 15 minutes. At 20 minutes, the worker grabbed another worker to look for my order. Due to some glitch in the app, they did not receive it. Why did they not see this when I first asked? They wasted my time. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this Chipotle. Avoid this location.

The female employee with the dyed Afro in a ponytail has issues. Miserable and hates her job. Every single time I come into this location and she’s working, it never fails she’s rude and looks miserable in the face. Today was probably the 5th or 6th time I’ve had a negative experience with this employee. I’ve let it slide a handful of times. I’ve come here for a while now as my office is down the street. I frequent this location at least 5 times a week for lunch or dinner and she’s the only employee who acts this way. Everyone else especially the crew working during the day are always great. Today the experience started as it always does when this girl is working. Unapproachable, unfriendly, and looks miserable. Never smiles, and acts as if she works in the cafeteria at the bexar county jail, And no it’s not just her face, she is a rude and unhappy person and it’s obvious. An item was out on the line and kindly I asked her about how long she thought it would be for the item that was out. She rolled her eyes and turned around, very awkwardly, was speaking to the cooks, she came back to the line and was just staring at me, so I repeated myself and said “so do you know about how long” and the face was as if she was inconvenienced because she had to do her job. She rolled her eyes once again, and said “I don’t know 5-10 minutes” I paused because I was really trying to be patient. I then told her , “don’t worry about it I’ll take pinto, so I don’t frustrate you further.” Then the cook told her no we have black beans right here and she again seemed put out that she had to changed the pans of beans. She pushed my bowl to the next employee who is always friendly. I will never understand why people like her continue to work somewhere they hate to be. If I was the manager of this store, I would put her in the back of the store where paying customers do not need to tolerate her attitude. I would also encourage her to find a job elsewhere. No one forced her to work at chipotle, not me, not any of the other customers she’s rude to.

My friend said “did you even get rice?” To pay 13$ for this and get less than 1/2 a bowl is honestly craaaaazyyyy.
