Disappointing Experience at Chipotle
I visited your restaurant recently and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness, especially considering it wasn’t even during a peak rush.
The number of dirty tables was unacceptable for how slow the restaurant was. It looked like basic upkeep was being ignored.
However, the most alarming issue was the presence of a cockroach in the dining area. This is a serious sanitation and health hazard that needs immediate attention.
I hope these major issues are addressed quickly, as it negatively impacts the overall dining experience and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.

I did a pick up order and I went in the time of pick up, it wasn’t ready. Which at the time I was fine with i didn’t mind the wait. The cashier lady (which was very helpful) asked for my wait would I want extra meat. I told her I’m ok with what already on it. As I waited she came up again a min later asking if I would like a drink; told her its fine i’m ok.
Then a different lady( feels like she dont want me to stand there) comes from the back asking my name. As im the only one waiting but no worry I gave her my name she said ok, told me just waiting on last min things. Told her thats fine okay. She came back with a bag of food asked me name and asked if I was picking up from someone. I’ve NEVER been ask anything like this from Chipotle, maybe cause my name is unisex that “jessie” couldn’t be me! But she gave it to me after I said no.
I leave go back to work and guess what no beans no veggies that I ordered. What was all the hassle of that if I didn’t mind the wait!! Plus my rice had a handful of uncooked pieces.

Visited on 16th August — ordered 3 veg bowls, 1 chicken bowl, and tacos. Shockingly, two veg bowls were contaminated with beef. The manager was late, rude, and dismissive — gave a passive-aggressive “ok sorry” and walked away. After much arguing, only 1 bowl was refunded. Serious food safety issue and terrible customer service. Won’t return.

Saturday morning wasn’t my best experience. A customer before me was getting on the employees about how much she was being served. I didn’t think anything about it until I went to pay for myself. I was shocked that this was what I received all together for $17. When i questioned the cashier, his only explanation was, “I don’t make the prices,” then handed me my drink cup and said, “Have a good day.” I could understand if my bowl was charged by the weight or amount, and I asked for a lot, but the bowl i was served was barely reaching the inner rim of the bowl so i felt cheated. My girlfriend sat down beside me with a bowl that looked fuller and paid less for about the same. I asked to speak to a manager who seemed like another kid from off the line and showed him. His explanation was that cheese was $2 more. I tried to explain that this wasn’t really about the price and more so about the volume. His only resolve was just to bring a small cup of more pastor. I was heated and didn’t want to be rude, so I just accepted. I just took photos instead and figured I’d explain later in a better mindset in this review.
I’ve been to other locations and have never been skimmed like this. This is a nice location, but I’m really questioning going back again.
Also as I sat there eating, watching customers come and go witnessed a man walking out with a bagged order with the bottom of his bag visibly wet enough that the bottom fell out and his order spilled out all over the side walk. Poor guy didn’t even make it 20ft passed the doors. Sadly, as he collected his food together, no employee took notice to offer him help. Feel free to check your surveillance to confirm that incident. There’s a time stamp and date on my recipe in the photo posted. This happened maybe about anywhere from there to 20 or 30 minutes after my purchase.

Walked in, no one in the store, no one in line. Everything took forever, and there seemed to be massive confusion among the employees to accomplish any task. Chips were stale. Out of many things. On the plus side, most tables were clean, and there’s a nice outdoor sitting area behind the store. Go to a different chipotle.

This was the most horrific experience !!! My tacos had no meat inside . I waited 26 minutes for Barbacoa meat to be ready. When I went to go have them make my tacos the manager DEVIN WAS HORRIBLE TO ME. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY TACOS. THERE WAS NOOOO MEAT IN THEM. I COULD HAVE WENT ANYWHERE ELSE AND GOT MORE INSTEAD I threw them in the garbage in front of DEVIN. HE WAS AS HORRIBLE TO ME AS THE FOOD THAT NEVER GOT EATEN. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!!! THEY DO NOT CARE IF THE CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY !!! THEN WHEN I TRIED TO CALL AND SPEAK WITH THE OWNER YOU CAN’T !!! I WILL POST A PICTURE OF MY PATHETIC TACOS. I TOOK ALL LETTUCE AND CHEESE OUT OF IT TO SHOW HOW MUCH MEAT WAS THERE !!!!

We are visiting the area for a few weeks and our family brought us to Chipotle for the very first time. This was a very good place to eat where one doesn’t feel like there is a bunch of grease in the food. Just seems like healthy food! We bought the bowl with all the assorted food in it because we just didn’t think we could handle it wrapped up in the tortilla. They give large portions and when the whole thing is wrapped up, it’s much bigger than you imagined it would be! It tasted great and the kids loved it!

Customer service here is awful . They are rude. Period. Must be a race issue because the 2 girls (both black) were super rude. The white girl was super nice. And yes I am white, my spouse is Hispanic. We Visited around 4pm on Sunday, they had nothing ready. The girls gave major attitude when I asked for beans that weren’t ready. She tossed the bowl aside and walked away from the serving line. Another girl stepped in to help but got frustrated at the cooks because none of the food was ready so she too walked away. So we all just stood there waiting .
