Worst experience on December 17 about 10 pm
Young kids just just talking to each other having fun like they are in park somewhere. No body wants to do anything . Girl was serving food same time taking cash from customers doing other work with same gloves. There was no spoons no forks no ice in fountain machine . All the customers was there had to hand the cups to people working there and they would go back side fill up ice in cup and give it to customers. Really bad experience. Used to be nice . Have attached videos as well .

The young lady (I’m going to ASSUME) had a rough day and hadn’t had a chance to decompress, because she was FAR from welcoming or friendly. Actually quite dry and combative. I saw there weren’t anymore onions and peppers, so I asked did they have anymore. She immediately said we’re all out. I expressed to her “Awww man I drove over here just to get those.” Well as she continued to fix my bowl, the lady comes from the back with fresh peppers and onions! I told her I thought yall didn’t have anymore? She shrugged! Lastly, I paid for a LARGE bag of chips and THANKFULLY checked the bag before driving off and the bag was 1/3 filled!! I had to go BACK inside and ask for a TRUE large bag of chips! The cashier happily replaced it! She’s the reason why I’m giving them AT LEAST 2 stars or they’d get just 1!

This was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. I waited over 30 minutes because there was only one person preparing orders while the cashier was busy refilling utensils. Another employee handled the meat, and one focused solely on online orders—leaving the in-store line completely stalled.

Meanwhile, several staff members seemed more focused on making their own food and drinks than helping customers.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location—it’s extremely slow, and you’ll be waiting far longer than expected.

When I walked in, I noticed that they did not have any of the aqua Fresca that I normally like. When it was my turn to order a girl with a nose ring helped me and the customer service was just not happening. I said I would like three crispy tacos with sofritas. She said “soft tacos?” And I said no thank you I would like the crispy tacos. She proceeded to exhale audibly and roll her eyes. So I wasn’t sure if I should start ordering what I want in the tacos and she didn’t prompt me so we just stood there for a moment. When I realized that she was waiting for me to start speaking, I selected my ingredients and they were out of chips. She put the tacos together for me and I have to say the portions are big but for tacos it’s hard to eat them when they’re stuffed over the top. But I guess there are worse things that could’ve happened so I’m at least grateful that the tacos were full. The person who helped me at the register was really nice and kind and tuned in to the transaction while everybody else milled around and talked. I got the feeling that nobody wanted to work and that customers were resented for coming in in the last hour. I would advise my staff if I were the manager that they can adjust their availability to not close if they’re not comfortable with customers coming in in the last hour. I’m pretty disappointed in the customer service and I’m decently OK with the food. I just wish that my experience was a little bit better so I could give a higher rating.

My family and I frequent Chipotle regularly because we usually receive good food paired with great customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case during our visit this evening.

We were treated with noticeable disdain and rudeness, and we did not feel welcomed by either of the two employees working at the time. One employee, named Lauren, addressed us with a tone that came across as contemptuous and dismissive. I was unable to get the name of the second employee, but her behavior was equally rude and unprofessional.

I understand that many employees are young and still learning, but when working with the public, there is a baseline level of customer service that should always be provided. Tonight’s interaction fell well below that standard.

This experience occurred at the Chipotle location at 10645 Broadway #118, Pearland, TX. I believe these employees would benefit from coaching and retraining to ensure future customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as we have generally enjoyed positive experiences at Chipotle and would like that to continue.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had during a recent visit to this Chipotle location.

During my visit, I interacted with two employees, Ethan and Ester, and unfortunately felt that I was treated differently than other customers. There was confusion raised about an issue well after my visit, and the way it was communicated back to me felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.

While Ethan later became apologetic the situation should not have escalated the way it did. As a customer, I expect professionalism, clarity, and respectful communication from the start not assumptions or delayed confrontations.

As a Chipotle customer I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to ensure all customers feel respected and welcomed.

My bowl was absolutely disgusting and i got the same bowl at a different location and it was perfect. The steak was nasty the food just tasted old and i don’t know why i keep giving this location chances they need a whole new staff and management, do not eat here it will ruin your day just drive to a different location trust me it will be worth it.

Better to drive a little further down to another location. This location is obviously poorly managed. Customer service is terrible. To-Go will always make you wait and you’ll have to bump through a crowd of angry people to get your food because they have shelves but don’t use it. This is my third time and all three orders from each visit look like it was just thrown together, was cold (Quesadilla cheese not melted) or missing more than two toppings or side. First time- Bowl was half way empty and cold, no meat. Second time – only lettuce and meat on my bowl when I ordered two entrees. I guess they hoped I won’t look at one on bottom. Third time which is shown. I ordered extra beans and receive very little beans and half of bowl had any food. Plus brisket, new item was cold. Got Tired of sending picture to the app aka Pepper and complaining and getting rewards. They just need to get it right.
