Ordered online so I could not physically watch them make my kids food . Got home and this what I was given . Ridiculous for paying $9 for a kids meal. Rice is bland is missing flavor as well . Do better

Food was good, but the customer service wasn’t great. They didn’t have lids for the drinks, so I asked if I could get a different cup that had one. The employee told me it would cost extra just to switch cups, which didn’t make much sense. It was a small request, but the way it was handled made the experience disappointing.

Ordered for lunch to go. No chicken available so I chose sofritas. Had to ask for additional quantity of toppings as usual. Customer service was dry. Container of sour cream was half full.

Would leave 0 stars if I could, placed an order on the app for a quesadilla and the cheese isn’t even melted?? It looks disgusting. Not melted at all, not even the slightest bit, and their customer service support line sucks too. I couldn’t even get a refund??

Walked in to get my normal burrito, and as soon as I stepped up to the counter to order, the man just looked annoyed that he had to do his job. He then proceeded to put 1 singular rice grain on my burrito. So then, rightfully so, I asked for a little bit more. He obliged and then proceeded to give me 4 CHICKEN PIECES. I asked for more, and he gave me a normal serving size. I finished ordering what I wanted, and the young lady (nicer than the guy) who wrapped my burrito had no idea what she was doing. I’m pretty sure she just wrapped it like a taco and threw some foil on it. Anyway, I am about to pay, and they charged me double chicken whenever all I wanted was a single REGULAR scoop of chicken. I ended up just leaving. Never going back to that place!!!!

Chipotle has seriously gone downhill. The servers are rude, and the food is just meh. You have to constantly remind them to give you a normal portion, and even then, they threaten to charge you double. The bowls are uneven, half rice, a sprinkle of protein, and barely any toppings. It’s like they don’t know what a regular serving looks like or how to balance a meal properly. The staff seems lost, the portions are inconsistent, and the food tastes bland lately. For the prices they charge, it’s just not worth it anymore.

I got 2 bowls. Y’all did one of our bowls real dirty. I didn’t know we have to shred our own cheese. We realized once we got home and this location is about 30 minutes from us. Besides the chunk of cheese we got both bowls were good.

Good place to eat if you like Tex-Mex fast food. When I eat at Chipotle I usually order a rap or a quesadilla. The prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are good. At this particular location the service is decent though the cleanliness could be a little bit better.

If you have never been don’t go here $16 for a burrito that is mostly rice is insane the service was great the guy at the register was very understanding but I wouldn’t go back at all the food is mid not worth the price at all and the portions are not worth the price either

Never kept up with cleanness of the store especially in the dining area. Employees were closing up store and kitchen whenever it was barely 10:00. They didn’t care to be attentive to the customers trying to order, also there was a massive roach in the dining area . Pretty sure that was because of how dirty and full the trash cans were. This place is definitely in need of some kind help from management or corporate because the overall quality has been plummeting.
