While the flavors are good, the quality of the meat is terrible. Recently have been noticing more fat in the barbacoa than usual, so tried the steak. What a mistake! The steak had more fat than meat! This was inedible and a total waste of time and money. Very disappointed. Please make an effort to trim the fat from meat. Photo is the “steak” from just half a burrito bowl.

It’s Chipotle – food is consistent and fast. Wish they didn’t use purple onions in everything, but that’s a personal preference. I’m very basic, meat, cheese and rice. Eaten several times and not had a wrong / bad order. Wife loves their guacamole – I can’t eat it because of the red onions.

An older Hispanic lady and a younger Hispanic male are the reason I will not be returning to chipotle. They not only talk badly about employees in Spanish, but customers as well, just because I don’t seem Hispanic doesn’t mean I don’t understand. they said very rude things about my race, color of my skin and my weight and called another employee dumb and slow. I have to say that was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I pray the employees don’t take to heart with what they are saying and continue to be great employees. I will not be returning to this chipotle or recommending it because of them and what chipotle tolerates.

HORRIBLE Service.. Martin.. who refused to give me his name or his associate name when I asked politely.. Let’s start with after I watched them talk.. and make to go orders while the line piled up I was told that someone would get to me.. when I explained I was in a lyft and If I could please get my order started or should I come back she replied what do you want a bowl? I was like is there an issue? She proceeds to ignore me then when Martin decides to start working I ask ( who watched the whole thing while gossiping with another employee) I ask for his associate name he says NO.. Bye.. I never raised my voice I never disrespected anyone .. I paid for my food and left.. I would love follow up management as I’m sure there is cameras to observe the interaction .. could have been discrimination

been going here ever since it opened it’s my Friday night spot and i love it. they take care of me and my family. The staff takes care of me… i come at lunch often too. they even change the gloves when i ask them too… they treat me like family. i really appreciate that in a chain restaurant. if something was done incorrectly they will always fix it. i love them. thanks!

I was ordering my food and as I was about to choose the beans, a cockroach was running around on top of the beans. I told the employee and she immediately took the tray of black beans away to the back. The employee was very polite and apologized, but needless to say, I lost my appetite and left.
