I came in there today and got a burrito and a bowl. Definitely satisfied with both, the food, quantity and quality is pretty great, nothing to complain about and the inside was pretty clean and quiet too.

Usually my go to because my girlfriend loves chipotle and they are close to my apartment. Usually good but pretty inconsistent with portions. Its a gamble whenever you walk in to be honest. Also during my most recent visit, I was charged for extra chicken despite never requesting it and definitely not even receiving extra chicken despite the charge.

Food is pretty decent and waits aren’t usually that bad. I keep getting charged extra for items I don’t order though and you can see how they get stingy on some orders lol. Both of these were ordered at the same time last Friday.

Food is always good , if there is negative 5 star for service I will do that instead , worst experience in the past 10 years for chipotle visit , won’t ever ever ever visit this location again lifetime , it’s just really painful of seeing my favorite place go , please don’t reply this review , it’s useless when the manager just watches when his customers get treated unfairly and over paying , nothing personal , lady was annoyed when you ask more than one question, putting thing in the kids food when not asking , we kept silent and walked away , when check out over charging kids meal and there’s nothing they can do , so I guess this restaurant is going down when this happens , good luck to anyone in the future who is going for food , but food only , don’t expect any problem solving or any good service from them ! Just insane !

I don’t like it when the container of rice and beans is almost empty and instead of them getting a new container, they just scrape the almost empty container and give you a small portion. Also in this particular location, it seems like they have the AC as cold as possible to keep customers from eating inside so it’s less clean up for them. They also don’t ask you if took want to dine in or take to go, they just put it in a Togo bag, which seems wasteful, and again less work for them

Stafford Location- we came to have dinner. I noticed the salad dressing container was empty I asked the young lady in the front line which was rude if there was any more dressing which she replied yes. I proceed to order my salad. When I noticed there is no dressing in my bag. I request my dressing to the manager, which she replied very rude, no there is none. I tell her that the young lady said there was some, with an attitude says well there is none and there is nothing she can do about it. I say well can I switch my salad for a bowl, in which she says well throw it away and get back in line. I ask her for her name and she replies with I can not give that to you. Then she asks the young lady in the food line if she had said there was salad dressing and she says she did.
I did get the salad dressing, when she handed it over she didn’t even apologize or even look at us. As management you would think she would have better customer service.

We ate here today around 5:00pm, Wednesday November 26th. And as a fast food service employee myself, honestly… i’ve never been somewhere with such disappointing customer service and food, and It’s baffling because it wasn’t even busy.
When we went through the line, there was MAYBE 6 people including me and my boyfriend. The employees were visibly rushing EVERYONE’s orders, throwing around food, and just overall being rude to everybody in line.
My boyfriend and I ordered our bowls, and our server was rushing through the entire thing and being very dismissive; one girl had her airpods in… they kept putting the wrong thing on the wrong bowl even though our bowls were right in front of us! It just was giving that they only cared about getting the orders out as fast as possible rather than a good customer experience.
It’s very very upsetting, coming from a food service worker myself. I’ve never once given my customer a rude experience due to lack of care. Even if it’s a busy day, such as the day before thanksgiving, there should still be some sort of care for the job. And that’s all we were getting at this Chipotle.
Management needs to enforce better attitude, or maybe this location is just a breeding ground for degeneracy. Oh also, everything was crazy salty for some reason. Please do better.

I am at Chipotle in Stafford, TX 77477, and I just purchased my dinner. I made a suggestion to the manager that they are serving very small portions, and her response was extremely rude. The least a customer deserves is respect, and you don’t even receive that at this location. I would really appreciate it if you could review the security cameras and see the way customers are being treated by this woman. She is extremely rude, and I cannot believe she is working in customer service. If she does not know how to respect people or provide proper customer service, then she should not be working in this position. Please review the cameras for February 9, 2025 at 6:45 PM please!!!

We usually eat here countless times and we know this place is rude let alone when they were going to roll our burrito my girlfriend stated she didnt want a ball burrito the girl who’s hispanic with red lipstick had a very ugly attitude and said this is how she does it rolled her eyes and slammed my girlfriends burrito in the basket to dine in the night shift manager I believe is the bigger guy he was in between her and the cashier so he saw it happen + the hispanic cashier and stood silent both brushing it off that alone made us not want to order anymore and then when she wrapped my burrito it was inedible because once I tried to eat it all the sauce fell out come on would you want to eat your burrito with a mess ?!! We won’t be coming back
