I had a great experience at the Burger King on 59th Avenue and Camelback in Phoenix, AZ. The manager, Crystal, is doing an excellent job—she was friendly, professional, and clearly cares about both customers and her team. All of the employees were happy, attentive, and quick to help, which made the visit even better. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and everything felt well organized. It’s nice to see a fast-food location run so well. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered jalapeño cheddar bites and a milkshake. The milkshake was kind of watery and the food was cold soggy I spent about 12 bucks. I mean why wait 10 minutes for old food. We are your paying customers and love your food just make sure it is hot and fresh it only takes four minutes and 36 seconds to cook new bites.

Absolutely Delicious double cheeseburger,, tell them you want it, “Off the broiler” means it will be fresh and hot, was not super fast ,but totally wotlrth the few extra minutes waiting, fresh fries and nice professional,courteous staff. Clean restrooms.

Food quality is okay, service was alright, the environment needed lots of work. Super dirty, the machine for the fountain drinks did not work, neither does their ice cream/shakes. Overall wouldn’t return unless they get better management and clean the place up more. Their system is outdated too, does not take apple pay or google pay.

Stood in a line with 3 other people while 4 employees helped just drive thru orders and didn’t even acknowledge us for about 5 minutes, the manager included in that. Frankly, if we were not completely ignored I wouldn’t have minded the wait- bad habits start at the top, this store needs to actually be managed. Plus their bathrooms, shake machine, AND soda machine were broken. What a slummy experience.

I went in today wanting to eat, but right when the cashier and idk maybe manager or just another cashier I believe they both had glasses they both looked at me and I said Hi and one of the lady’s looked at the other one and made a Face idk why but I didn’t feel comfortable so I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude & the face she gave to her coworker so I left I’m Not giving my money to employees who are insecure. I do not recommend this location thank you God Bless

Got the new chicken sandwich the number seven chicken was dry over crispy the buns hardly had any sauce overall I’d say it was not the winner on the chicken sandwich contest I did ask for fresh mozzarella sticks and they were given to me fresh and my fries were okay
