Ordered over Uber Eats and chicken bowl there was only 5 pieces. They forgot the cheese and added tomato chunks when I didn’t want them. Tried calling them and the automated service refers me to customer care. Chipotle service and quality is garbage.

I visited this new store at about 2:30 for a late lunch. It took a bit to get someone to wait on me. I ordered the featured item -The chicken al pastor. It was really good. I went to use my reward to get my free chips in queso, but then realized the reward was only good if I ordered through the online app. The guy working the register did suggest that I could step aside and place my order through the app, so that I could get my free queso. but I went ahead and just purchased it. I thought that was decent of him but was frustrated that it was only available if I ordered through the online app. I will say the chips were a bit stale and stuck together in wads. There were many I could not eat. And I was not impressed with the queso – not very flavorful. But, now I know. Will just stick to adding the guacamole to my meal and leave the chips in queso behind.

We stopped in to grab dinner. Portions were great only down side they pretty much out of every meat in the moment. We had limited options unless we wanted to wait 5-10 minutes. The food was good when we took it home, the guacamole needed more salt but no other complaints. The staff was friendly.

The person who made my meal was very helpful and patient. Before tonight, I hadn’t been to Chipotle in a minute. I had no idea what to order, but she walked me through it and seemed more than happy to explain everything. I ordered a burrito and 3 tacos each with different ingredients and she was cool the entire time. She didn’t rush me yet she was efficient. The food was delicious and I’ll be back soon.

I normally don’t leave reviews but last time I went to this place I ordered on app and was never told they didn’t have anymore crispy tacos. They hand me some random order so I take it back. Upon getting back they inform me they were out of crispy tacos and it takes 10 minutes to heat to grease. After 2 minute staring constant I can tell he didn’t want to make them so I requested a refund but asked why they didn’t make the burrito bowl at least and his response there were no crispy tacos. I gave them one more chance today and my crispy tacos was just that no meat hardly. I have a picture not sure if I’ll be able to share it but very disappointing and the bowls was about half full.

I ordered online and picked up my food through the “chipotlane” and never again. My burrito was almost flat. Every ingredient they put in there seemed like it wasn’t even HALF a spoonful and I could literally count the number of beans and corn because of how little they put. SMH, can’t believe you have to supervise people in order for them to make your food right.

Ordered 1 steak burrito and 2 steak bowls with a large side of queso blanco and chips. Very disappointed all the hot fixings were cold expect for the tortilla on the burrito. Almost 9 dollars for chips and queso and that was horrible too. Queso tasted like watery flour and chips were stale. I’ll stay away from this location and drive a little further for a better one.

The food was not bad but I order a side of chips and queso and the chips were beyond stale and I order double chicken and u can’t tell!!! I did give them a chance though !!!!
Update: 9/16/25 I came back order a bowl and it was worst this time the rice was hard as rocks I legit can’t eat this and I will never come back!! This is the worse chipotle I’ve ever been too

The Indian or African kid in the front tonight that took my order was absolutely horrible. He appeared to be new but literally had no one training him. He struggled getting my order together and I only order chips and queso. He put the queso in the cup and it was running down the sides of the container I asked one of the other girls working there to wipe it off. She did and he rang me up for queso only. I said I ordered the chips too!! He was rushing!!!! I gave him a 10 and he struggled to give me the change back. He asked for help when he didnt have the correct change. Then another guy walked over and said no wait why do you need change it gives it to you automatically. Apparently he didn’t know how there system worked. I’m thinking well why the hell is he on the register. By hisself?!?!?! I swear to God Chipotle has the worse service ever! And this location is new it hasn’t even been opened 6 months yet and the reviews are already trash! Dont go to this location per customer service and the food is bad too!
