Sadly this place was not ready to open. This is my 3rd time here and it hasn’t gotten any better. Online orders are never ready at the time expected, the food line is dirty with associates not cleaning up after themselves, if they do not have a food item on the line, they say they are out of it, and it’s only 1pm. The chips are stale, they replaced the chips with yet another stale bag. Need more staff or a better manager. The staff seem overwhelmed.

I guess it’s too much to expect a full menu selection when you arrive during open hours. This is poor management at it’s best. We decided to leave and go to the Chipotle off the beltway which had everything stocked. I know this place is new so hopefully they see this as an opportunity to improve.

2 hours before closing and they barely had food. The chicken was dried and cold. The steak was empty, there was no white rice, barely brown rice, no pico de gallo, the guac was empty, and the team was just lackadaisy Running out of ingredients hours before closing is simply put, slack. One customer addressed the lack of toppings and a young lady expressed that they just didn’t prep for the rush they had, but that’s just unacceptable. My bowl is not even a complete bowl, it’s dissatisfying, and I expected more from a restaurant that just opened.

I want to like this place bc it’s new and right by my house , but the food is horrible. They always out of ingredients. It never looks fresh. It’s always very messy. The ingredients are mixed into the other containers. I wanted quac and asked if he could get a new batch bc the one there had cheese all in it. He got new quac for me but I saw him mix the old batch with cheese all in with the new batch. The chips are always stale .

Went on opening day. Food was salty and got a bone or cartilage on my chicken. Definitely not up to standards with other chipotle’s. I’m giving them grace and hoping it gets better.

Avoid this place at all costs. Staff seems undertrained. Rude and slow service. I’ve waited in line while the staff is joking around for minutes without once being acknowledged. It’s happened on a couple of occasions now. Lastly, their serving sizes wouldn’t fill up an infant.
