I got food poisoning – steak bowl with white rice, pinto beans, cheese, chili corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream, red salsa around 3:30pm on Sunday March 8th, 2026 if anyone else is experiencing any negative symptoms after you ate here ^
*Update, after writing this review my husband also got food poisoning. My mom appears to be not affected, which narrows down the culprit to the veggies/beans/rice since she only had meat. I tried calling the establishment immediately for them to pull their product but was left on hold for 8 minutes. As suggested I submitted an experience review around 3:40am thanks to being up and awake from vomiting.
Will update further.

I’ve been here twice. The first time was when they first opened and it was a mess. Dirty tables, floors and trash cans were full. My friend and I were the only customers so it wasn’t busy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I didn’t post. I went again a few weeks later with another friend and the same thing. Nowhere to sit unless you clean the table yourself. Okay I can do that but where do I put the trash? I think the pictures are self explanatory. The young guy behind the counter is very nice. Haven’t been back even though I do like the food. The atmosphere does make a difference. Sorry.

They are so stingy with the servants for the price.I asked for rice twice.They did not put enough in the bowl on the second ask to even cover the bottom of the boat, every little thing they charge for but they gave you a tablespoon of meat.
Then, charge six dollars for extra meat.For another tablespoon, everything they serve you is a tablespoon.Big as the bowl isThey do not even give you enough to fill up the bowl.Do not go here if you want your money’s worth.

Ordered delivery from this location for the first time, and definitely won’t use this location again. 2 out of 3 of the bowls we ordered we surely skimped on serving size/portion. I didn’t ask/order for light rice, beans or anything. They were much lighter compared to the 3rd; the fillings didn’t even fill past the midline of the bowls. First two had maybe a little more than a scoop of rice, and chicken was also almost non existent. Caution if you order delivery as you will not get a great amount of food served for the price charged.

This particular location is lukewarm when it comes to both the food and the customer service. I’ve always gotten my orders on time. However, this particular time, I was highly disappointed in my order. The portion size doesn’t add up to the costs and including the tip. It’s almost $12.00 for what looks like a kid’s portion. The employees act very unapologetic and don’t reply or respond or even say thanks or anything. I didn’t return my food. Honestly, there’s no point in going to Chipotle anymore they are overpriced and the customer service is lukewarm. There’s Uburrito, which has specials and triple points days and their portion sizes are epically larger by miles than chipotles especially on the days where they have specials. Their customer service is really good. I don’t think bogo coupons are going to get me to comeback to Chipotle or at least NOT this location anymore 🙁

I just had to come at this particular location to get this resolved, and the manager was a very disrespectful, rude, uncontrollable behavior, and have a attitude and would not allow me to speak as a customer. I wish Google would allow you to do videos, but I’ll post it on Facebook to warn people to stay away from this place. it’s right across the street from the Willowbrook mall. It is not worth it so the that I came that my order didn’t have no meat on it really at all and the sour cream were spoiled. It wasn’t no good. I politely show the lady a picture and on top of that I talk to the manager before I arrive previously earlier that day she had an attitude from the get-go and I was polite, kind, and very honest with her she forced me to pay for some cheese for $3 and chips again and also try to charge me for the free and I told her I will not, and I asked her to ask her what her name was but the coworkers were looking pretty upset and this happened exactly around 9:50 PM. I’m going to report her and they need to discipline her or her uncontrollable behavior
