This was my first time coming here and it will be the last time i absolutely hate spending my hard earned $13 and hour on food that’s wasn’t made right I don’t have money to waste. Chips were all crunched up and the taco shells was soft or old they were too gummy so I had to eat the inside only and don’t forget it was too much Pico de gallo so sad

I love chipotle. I will not order from this location. I walked in and all the food looked dried up and very low. No one was there to take my order so I walked out after about 3 minutes of looking over the food. Drove to another location 20 minutes away. I wasn’t going to compromise on freshness. The 3 people working were together by the take out orders so maybe they had a lot of orders going on idk.

This location is diabolical. Corporate or the franchise operator needs to give this location some serious attention. Twice I have been in to get a bowl in the last couple weeks at 6:00pm and 5:30pm and no steak available either time. Twice changed to chicken.
My second visit there was no sautéed vegetables at the main bar, miraculously the bar in the back had a bit left in the metal container. Got to the cheese, NO CHEESE, the lady said sorry we’re out. At this point I was ready to call it quits, then a guy ran up with a freshly grated metal container of cheese.
This is BAD for a new location, they should be staffed up, and loaded with food around this after work / dinner hours if the closing time is 10pm.
Last time at this location. I would give zero stars if I could.

Worst Chipotle order ever! I ordered delivery, it was not a sealed bag. I got 2 tacos instead of 3 as I paid for. Then I got 3 soft tacos instead of shell as I paid for. Lastly, the double chicken bowl did not have double chicken. The complete order was short and wrong. They suck
