Great bar with excellent cocktails and atmosphere. Was there on a Friday night so they had live music and good crowd. Kylie at bar was super friendly and made an amazing Oaxacan Old Fashioned. Fun place with friendly people!

We visited from Denver to ski Schweitzer, and while the snow totally stood us up, 219 absolutely did not. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the entire staff treated us like locals.
We loved it so much we ended up coming back several times during our trip. Every visit was just as good as the first — great vibes, great service, no notes. 10/10 recommend.
And if you’re lucky, you might even get to dance with the local legend, Phil.

On our annual ski trip, but decided not to ski and instead went to find a place for a drink. Was glad we found the 219, very nice selection of liquors, all flavors. Our bartender knew how to make a great Old Fashion, only needed one, it was that good. When we return next year we will be stopping in, once again. Cheers.

Absolutely one of the best places in town, quality late night drinks, great music, Bryon and the team of bouncers are great at keeping it safe. The bartenders are the coolest too. The manager Mark has a wealth of knowledge regarding whisky and beer. He’s the best!

Don’t miss the markarita!

Several bar in Sandpoint and this is the only one I love going to! The crew, the vibes, the music are awesome! Bartenders are too notch and the main bouncer is the coolest guy! Always recommend this place to anyone visiting! Best if the best right here 6/5 stars!

I’ve seen some complaints about the ID policy here, but I just want to say I completely respect it. Businesses have to follow the law and protect their liquor license, and that responsibility shouldn’t fall on the staff personally. Every time I’ve been here, the employees have been professional and respectful. I appreciate a place that takes compliance seriously and keeps things consistent for everyone

Sandpoint staple. Best bar in town hands down. Quick service and hometown feel, great music and atmosphere. Dog friendly and can bring in outside food. Tysh is fantastic as well as all the other bartenders there.

The crew always makes me feel safe. The bouncer is legit and if you make eye contact with him he will check in on you.

Also appreciate the love from the bartenders for DD’s! Above and beyond.

Thanks Mark and team.

I am very disappointed with the bouncer and the bar owner at 219 Lounge 2/14. I am visiting family who live in the area they have a rule to “not accept vertical IDs from out of state”. My ID does not expire until 2028, so there is no need to renew it until then. They just lost 6 paying customers looking for good quality live music.

It had been more than 20 years since I had been in the 219 as I moved away but, my wife and I found out that her friend Tish was working there so we stopped in for a drink as we were in Sandpoint for a visit. Wow, what a change from the old two one niner! It used to be an old dive bar but now it’s a nice place. Not too nice though, they kept just enough edge to make it a cool place.
