I’ve been going here for 3 years and today there was an employee that didn’t close my bowl right and I addressed this and he said nothing will happen, later going home I shook my bowl and half of ut fell on my floor. I was ordering a quesadilla for my sister and the took thirty minutes and one of the employees purposefully ignored me after multiple requests to get a kids meal. I had to get one of his fellow employees to get his attention which also took several attempts. This place was good and still has good food, but the employees I met today were just rude and ignorant. First time going to this restaurant. The service was great. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
I really enjoyed the food as well. I had the brisket bowl with cilantro rice and a bunch of toppings. Loved and my son loved his as well. So filling feel like I just ate a Thanksgiving dinner .

First time at this location I was always afraid because of the bad reviews although it is less than 5 minutes from my home lol I went in two weeks ago and I ordered the barbacoa tacos and the food was hot and fresh. The staff was a little all over the place and didn’t greet but it didn’t take too long. I did have to ask for more meat because the girl making it put very little in the last taco, I notices it was mostly beans and rice. They added with no problem. She added it with no problem. So I would return to this location.

This use to be a great location, but the current staff is bad. They get weird and snippy over portion sizes. I feel bad being kind of rude back, but they literally refuse to give you a proper scoop of meat or portion of anything. They also don’t want to make anything from the protein menu. It’s supposedly online only despite it being on the store menu. Next, they are notorious for over charging you and not completing your bag, so always check! AND make sure you close your bowl before you take it with you. They have not been closing the bowls completely and it spills out when in transport!! Please get new staff Chipotle

got a chicken bowl with a power bowl. the guy giving the portions was already making them super small – I brought it up with him and he told me that’s a normal serving size. Same thing happened with the power bowl. was so annoyed that i went home and weighed it and the initial bowl serving was 2 oz and the power bowl was 3 oz, on top of that manager got my order incorrect and didn’t provide a receipt. didn’t know i was paying double for a single serving

Every single table is dirty. The staff was not interested in serving – they were more interested in their closing duties, at 8:30pm (they close at 11, and I even verified that with the employee because I noticed they were closing up shop)

I can not believe how rude this worker was while I was waiting outside for the store to open today. She was a small African-American little girl. She was not kind and when the store was due to open at 10:45 she came to the door and held it saying we need 5 mire minutes. Not nice at all. I’ll never come back here again

While Chipotle as a whole I feel has been trending down, this location is usually above average to very good. I work near a different Chipotle but drives a bit further to come to this one because poor experience at the other location. Food and service more reliable during peak meal times, bit more unpredictable during off peak hours
