My son took me to the one in Copperas Cove. The lady acted impatient, so I tried to hurry n pick stuff. This was my first time there. I wanted chicken, but it wasn’t looking appetizing in the container it was in. Looked old and dry, so I got steak with rice and beans and queso. It was alright. The tortillas was a little stale tasting so I didn’t eat them, although I did try a few and threw the rest out. For the price they charge they could give you more or get a little bit smaller bowl.

Crazy how I ordered ahead and still had to wait to get my already prepared food. Whats the point of online ordering. And if this is “double chicken” i couldn’t imagine what the regular portion looks like

Employee seemed very stressed, never smiled, wasn’t friendly. Went home, chips are STALE, found a roach in one of my tacos and a hair in another. Tried to call the restaurant to let them know and got hung up on. Never had Chipotle before and guess I never will!

I visited this Chipotle location around 8:30 p.m. tonight to pick up a mobile order, and the experience was honestly shocking.
The employee working the pickup area (a tall woman on the side who appeared to be bagging online orders) threw the bag across the counter toward me without saying a word. No greeting, no eye contact, no confirmation of the order just tossed it in my direction. I actually had to call out to her to get her attention in the first place.
That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should not feel dismissed or treated like an inconvenience. It felt hostile and unnecessary.
Management should review the camera footage from around 8:30 p.m. and address this. I would also like to know the name of the employee working that shift so this can be escalated properly.

I love for Chipotle ❤️ is being tested to the max. Because tonite Sat Feb 21 @ 09:30 pm and there is no fountain Drink, there is no tea . So for me there is nothing to drink and this becoming the norm!. But it doesn’t stop there they are out of Chicken, outta of brown rice and to top it off i had to pay for chicken again because there was not but a spoon full from what I could see. I accepted because the Guacamole was spead on top so i couldn’t see how much chicken was there. I sat down and begin to mix the salad and noticed almost no meat went right back up they were looking like it was there before i sat down but not there now. So since they appeared confused i paid an additional $3.96 for chicken again! This was not a good nite for me. They shut down earlier and earlier !

We went today for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, it was very very busy. There were only two young women working and they both were absolutely amazing! Christine and Yaritza you both did a GREAT job! We will definitely be back!

Place has gone downhill since the old manager has left. The new crew is never prepared. There either out of something when you go in or the rice is under cooked and crunchy. It’s always messy and have to ask for utensils because never stocked. Starts to feel like I’m in the harker heights location which is trash!

Refused to give me the $6 boorito- made up a policy that didnt exist, employee was very rude, skimped on the portions.
My spouse and I went in costumes for the $6 boorito deal. They skimped on everything but it was $6 and I haven’t been to Chipotle in a long time. The cashier ignored the request to rung my husband and I separate, and said it was $25 for our 2 entrees. I reminded him of the promotion and he fixed one. I said it still was too high and he wouldn’t fix it so the other entree was $6. I said then ring it separate and he refused. Other employees were standing and talking about having people scan their phones in and didnt help. My husband was frustrated and didn’t understand so he paid it.
I contacted customer service, where I was lied to again and told it had to done in separate transactions. Per looking onto their website, all it said was one per person – so one for me and one for my husband.
I have the reciept. I have the photos of the promotion saying its one per person. Yet they continue to give me hell of a bad attitude and refuse to honor their promo.
Will have to file a charge back with the bank card.

Worst chipotle ever and we eat at them all over the stat. they are not friendly they just stare at you like your unconvincing them your lucky if they even talk to you. If you have an issue with online they just say oh well it’s a you problem. It’s always gross inside and they always run out they don’t plan for rushes very well
