Tried this place for the 2nd time now within 3 days time and the food is fresh and taste very flavorful. My 2nd attempt at this Brandon location was great, the food excellent, but they forgot to add in my steak on both of my bowls. Got home and found this out and called the store numerous times, but their phone just rings and no-one picks-up ever, and no voicemail set-up to even leave a message. I will eat there again, but this 2nd experience was an 8 out of 10, due to this mistake and no way to notify them unless I drive 15 minutes to get there and back, which I did not do. Guess we’ll have to take the “L” this time.

I’m vegan now and I used to eat at Cava back in Maryland when I was a meat eater. Let me tell you, it DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! For a reasonable price I had a very filling meal that was very delicious! Cannot wait to go back! I will say however, maybe the line could be a little more efficient there were people who left while waiting. But, I was there on my day off and had no where else to be.

I enjoyed my experience at Cava. This was my first time and I was very confused at the beginning, but I got a lot of kind spirited people helping me and talking me through what to get. The team member named Blake was the sweetest one. I hope the manager sees this message and shows the same kindness and recognition for Blake and his hard work. He was very sweet and patient and I hope he has a great experience in his following work days.

It was my first experience at Cava and I was actually very very impressed! The food was excellent. It was fresh and they had a very nice variety of healthy options.The service was also impeccable. I greeted by the staff and was serviced by Christa and she was an absolute delight, very engaging and gave me some of her own recommendations-which I loved! I actually went back a second time since this review and it’s only been a few days lol.

Food was average. We got to pita wraps and a bowl. The pita wraps were huge and fulls of over a cup of grilled chicken if not more. But I got a falafel bowl and all I got were two nuggets half the size of a ping pong ball. I asked if that’s all I get and they said yes. At the Cava I usually go to that is by my house they serve 4. Super disappointed. It also looked like they were training new people that had cards in front them learning what goes in each wrap. They did a great job and we were patient with them. Other than my bowl the rest was fine. We sat outside as they had the AC set to meat locker cold. It was nice and breezy. The tables were not cleaned or maintained at all. Looks like they only cleaned up the indoor ones regularly. Overall service was quick.

So delish! I love the ingredient options and that you can choose exactly what goes in your bowl. They also have good drinks. I love mixing the teas and lemonades together. The service is hit or miss sometimes but the food makes up for it. The environment is meh, you’re only there for a short time so it doesn’t really matter.

Drive 1 hour total travel time to get dinner for my family and paid nearly $100 on food to be told that “NO”, I couldn’t have extra pickled onions on my bowl in addition to the 2 teaspoon sized amounts that were given on my bowl. Even after offering to PAY for the extra PICKLED ONIONS which has ALWAYS been FREE at ANY OTHER Cava that I have ever visited, INCLUDING THIS ONE…on my last visit just last week.
The younger black guy with dreads and ski cap on his head who must hate his job who played around in school and must now prep chicken bowls in a fast food restaurant, was very disrespectful and nonchalant about it with an entire line of people standing behind me. I took it a step further and contacted 2 other locations and spoke with their general managers who both said that extra protein is extra but toppings are unlimited. One even called their general manager whose nickname I was told is “Tiny” said she’d call me back but was off today. I will also reach out to their corporate office as well. I will NOT ever visit this location.
As you can see from the receipt uploaded—I had no problem with paying extra and in fact PAID for extra protein on 4 out of the 5 bowls ordered but paying for extra pickled onions is apparently where they draw the line and it’s not an option! This is clearly this stores policy and is only enforced depending on who’s making your bowl.

I always have the most pleasant experience at Cava especially when Ash is working, she always has such a great smile and pleasant attitude. She is the best!!!!
