I’m a 3x per week customer at another location. Terrible experience. I placed an order for 5 people on the Chipotle app.
Missing chicken and veggies in the first bowl.
Missing order of chips and guacamole.
Missing order of tacos.
Missing side of chicken.
Order of quesadillas completely botched.
No way to report a problem in the app. Had to call the store which rerouted me to a call center.
Call center would only refund 4 of 5 items. I asked for a full refund due to the terrible experience. They deserve the 1-star rating. I even told the call center person I was leaving a 1 star review. She didn’t really mind.

I ordered from the Chipotle in Trophy Club for the first time, and I’m really disappointed. I paid extra for steak, and for the price, the portion should have been noticeably more — but it definitely wasn’t. Spending an additional $6.50 felt like a waste. This was my first experience with this location, and honestly, it makes me question whether I’ll order from here again. Very frustrating.

Probably the worst chipotle in the area. The food is always terrible. We have tried this location many times since we want to support our local establishments. Unfortunately today will be the last. The steak was dry and flavorless and the rice tasted stale. This wasn’t the only time it tasted this way. Dry and flavorless seems to be very common at this location. They also take no pride in packaging their products for pickup. When my daughter walked in the door the bag with my bowl ripped through the bottom and came crashing down all over the floor.

Out of cheese. Complained to Kala (? On name) female manager. Returned to drive thru since order was missing guac had pd for. Spoke with male manager, Noah. He was ok in how he handled my complaining about no cheese plus order missing guac. Gave the female manager my phone number to have owner or head manager call me. Minutes later receive a text from someone saying: “Girl quit fussin about the cheese, go buy some”. Returned to restaurant immediately to show text to managers. Kala, female manager, told me she did not know where she put paper with my phone number. Obviously the text came from someone at the restaurant. Am beyond furious. Pitiful…an absolutely pitiful response from someone working at Chipotle. It is beyond inappropriate to send a text like this to a customer with two quite valid reasons to complain about service.

After waiting 10 minutes in line, I found out they were out of chicken and it wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes. While there were 5 staff behind the counter, one was slowly serving, one was cooking and 3 were meandering around the kitchen. Overall, poorly coordinated and managed fast food restaurant to run out of one of two major menu items at the dinner hour. The customer service has deteriorated over the months since this location opened. Rather than wait another 10 minutes holding up the six people in line behind me or sitting down to wait 10 minutes and then get back in line (to potentially wait again), I chose to go elsewhere.

A few days before and today for my chicken bowl, I was given six pieces of chicken so I asked for double chicken which later ended up being only 11 pieces of chicken. These guys are cheating you by making you spend another four dollars for extra chicken. A customer in front of me went through the same issue. Never coming back to this location no problems with any other but this one
