I’ve gotten chipotle from this location 3 times now. One being a pickup order where I got home opened my bowl to it behind less than half filled (I payed $13 for it). I then went back to the location and asked them to add more which they kindly did. The last two times i’ve gone I went in place my order in person. Both times I arrived home to my rice having zero lime taste or taste in general. I always get the Carne Asada in which it also has tastes like a plain piece of unseasoned steak. Most fast food places I give the benefit of the doubt but this is uncalled for as the prices here are NOT cheap.

I was just at this store doing a pick up, where I was treated as though I was trying to steal my own food that I pay for. The girl who was wearing glasses, I’m not sure about her name, but she was working the cashier station, questioned if my own food was mine multiple times until I offered to pull up my receipt and then finally told me to ‘just take it’ as if I was stealing my own food. I visit this location a lot and even tip in the app. And it felt very racially motivated since she was not nice in the slightest and was basically judging me since I walked in the store. 1/5 would not recommend.
Update: I went back like 2 days ago for a delivery and half of my order was missing. I tried calling but you can’t actually talk to anybody and writing reviews and doing surveys do absolutely nothing. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE GOOD SERVICE AND YOUR MONEY.
I’m currently trying to dispute it with my bank because this is ridiculous.

Would not order takeout from this location. Ordered a carnitas bowl and that’s what was served. At least they skimped me on the portion so it was less to scrape off considering it’s inedible.

Today was my first time eating at a Chipotle restaurant, and I got three tacos, and they were very delicious, but a little bit too hot, but still delicious nonetheless.
When I came in, there was a line, but it was a short one, and the staff were really nice and friendly, and I really loved how they had white and brown rices as options for vegetarians and vegan such as myself.

The manager of the restaurant was disrespectful and rude. She absolutely does not follow the policies that chipotle has on creating a great experience for their customers. I recommend that people do not go to this chipotle. Instead, they should drive to Austintown and go to the chipotle there. Jenna is the manager of Austintown and she is fantastic. The manager of the Niles location should honestly not have a job.

Barely give any meat then give you all the fattiest pieces of steak like learn how to cook and pick out the bad pieces if you truly work with meat too many kids running the places not enough hospitality. I spit out half my bowl of steak and was charged for extra meat for two pieces of steak like wow. It’s just sad what you pay for these days

Every time I try to order from this chipotle online my order is never ready on time— they’ve even forgotten about it a couple times so they have to remake it while I’m standing there.
To avoid this, I started to visit and just order in-person. This also doesn’t work at this particular location. I don’t know exactly what the Chipotle model is but they have one person working the line and that person also does not care about the customer so it takes forever to get one order fulfilled. The best chipotles have 3-4 people working the line in specific stations so they complete orders in a timely manner.
This last particular visit is what prompted this review. I can’t find a number for Chipotle so I’m posting here. The guy running the food line had all the food pulled away from the ordering area so he could clean the windows and the drain underneath. I stood there for several minutes as he kept cleaning so I left and visited another Chipotle down the street. Customers are not the priority at this location.
This was the OG Chipotle in our particular area but I would not recommend visiting here after the last four bad experiences I’ve had trying to get a meal.

This location seems to be very stingy when it comes to the meat. Literally watched a lady take meet off with her hands on a friends wrap. The food is made fresh though.
