If I could give this place a 0 star I would and the main issues I have is the customer service because the attitudes are terrible, the size portion of food because they make your bowl as if it’s for a kid then get mad when you ask for more, and the taste of the food is very bland never have seasoning. It never smells like cooked food in there the store even smell bland. They even stingy with extra sauce that I paid for. I should’ve looked in the bag.

We ordered for pick up, asked for a large bag of chips, and it was almost empty. Also, they never put silverware. And they usually get our order wrong. and one time they forgot one of the whole entire bowls.

If this location didn’t make so many mistakes almost every time we visit, we would probably purchase from them at least once a month, instead of once every 3-6 months. Our latest complaints: 1- Our salads & bowls were very under-filled at least twice, with smaller portions than normal. 2- I went inside the restaurant because I didn’t want an incorrect order, or to wait an incredibly long time. The employees were working too fast and felt like they were rushing me. I barely had time to say the ingredients before they were on to the next. 3- I used a free queso credit and the girl filled a queso cup but never put it in my bag, which I did not realize until I was home. 4- order wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after the Pickup Time. 5- one night (1/19/25) I had a hard piece of plastic in my food.

I don’t know WHAT happened to this location, this use to be my favorite place to get chipotle from pickup and in person for 2 YEARS because they were honestly AWESOME like beyond chipotle amazing. The staff or management has had to of changed, The last 3 times they’ve messed up my order but this time I am done with this location. I placed my order at 3:45 and my order was ready at 3:55. My tacos were riceless. I kid you not 1 taco had maybe 10 individual rice grains inside after I removed the meat. Speaking of meat there was almost no meat and it was ICE COLD like it was in the fridge and dry. The red hot tomatillo salsa was under half full AND WATERY LIKE SUPER WATERY. I have a feeling a GM or mg is making staff cut corners cause there is no excuse for this. I sent photos into corporate as proof.

Love eating here for a good ol’ protein bowl! You can order online and pick it up or simply order in the store. Drinks options are pretty good as well. I would recommend Chipotle

I pulled up to pick up my order and the lady at the window didn’t even greet me. She just stared at me. I had to assume she wanted the name on my order after about 3 secs of awkwardness. Then she gave me my food. Very disrespectful.
If people like this are making your food, all you can do is hope they made everything right.

Yall the attitude of some of these workers rlly has me astonished, it’s like customer service is non existent these days. My brother had a gift card to use and the lady tried to input the numbers and then forcefully swiped the card looking obviously angry, after she typed the number in again she said “sorry it doesn’t work” and my poor (like he has not money) brother had to use his savings to pay for a damn bowl bc we couldn’t slow down and try again.

Will never return to this location. The GM is extremely rude and does not take accountability for anything. My daughter orders ahead of me and asked for a kids taco plate. The lady put it in a bowl and we just thought maybe they were out of the kids plates. Then we were paying but I’m holding my other daughter so I didn’t look at the total. I look at my receipt and it was $36!!! For one adult bowl and a kids taco plate and 2 drinks?? I look and they charged it as 2 adult bowls? I go to the counter and tell him and he said there’s nothing he can do and it’s my fault I didn’t catch it in time . And then continued to stare as we were trying to eat so we had to move outside to finish eating.

Ok. We all like chipotle. But why do they act like they are on strict rations. Not the guy sprinkling the steak on my tacos like we are in a famine. Also, the dude eating chips and drinking a Red Bull near the grill was not a good look. He seriously was eating near the sizzling food. And why is everyone standing around when people are literally in line waiting. I know they didn’t leave 1 guy to take and make orders. Really rude to their guests. After he finished making my skinny tacos (heavy on the skinny) I had to walk back in the store because he left out my salsa and sour cream. He apologized and it was understandable because he was literally the only guy working.

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE CHIPOTLE AND FOOD! Anabella has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in a while. I ordered a vegetarian burrito. The beans had absolutely no seasoning. If you season the meat, the beans deserve some sort of seasoning as well, especially for vegetarians/vegans. Continuing on, Anabella didn’t properly close my burrito and it burst open. Instead of remaking it, she wrapped it in another tortilla (I don’t want all of that bread). I also watched her give a young lady behind me a small serving of rice, beans, and guacamole, that looked like it was for an 8 year old, instead of a 22/23 year old, because we both looked at each other in shock. The sodas need to be changed out, because all of them were completely flat, and although the eatery itself was clean, the experience was horrible! I usually don’t stop in this Chipotle, because it’s not my side of town, but I had to leave my review after the service I received. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHIPOTLE, Store 100, after my experience.
