Chipotle is one my go-to’s. But if I’m in the area of this Chiptole, it definitely wont even be a question, if I should go. The portions are like a Quarter of what I get at any other Chipotle. Paying on the higher end of fast food for basically nothing. This is my kids’ kids meal…..
UPDATE We have watched them makes others food while we eat. They pick and choose. Some get 2 FREAKING SCOOP portions, without even asking. Others get teaspoons portions. Makes me wonder what they are basing it on……….

Staff was incredibly rude to my husband, myself, and our autistic toddler. They were rude about not having cheese and the girl at the register said my child was “dripping snot” (he does not have a runny nose) on the bottled drinks. Picked up an order to go tonight. While eating our steak bowls my son and I both got nothing but nasty tasting meat. I hit a piece that literally made me gag. Had to stop eating. Now I’ve started throwing up. Cool

This quite literally might be one of the worst Chipotle’s in the area. Portions are shit, most of the employees attitude is terrible and they act miserable. Tonight one of the employees looked angry while building my burrito and aggressively threw my toppings on and slid my guacamole to the cashier. Could it had been his/her (don’t know their gender) face full of acne pissing them off? Who knows. All I know is I will only go to Crowley’s chipotle from now on where it’s actually clean and employees greet you with a smile on their face. Bye Benbrook!

I gave two stars at first but it hasn’t improved so lowering it to one star.
Our third time here and still filthy! Trash over flowing, every table dirty, trash every where on ground, and condiment area a total mess.
I think it was my last time eating here.
When the employees have time to lean, they have time to clean. It wasn’t even busy.

Need work, the food was good but the inside was filthy. They had no one cleaning tables and the trash was overfilling. You need someone cleaning especially during a rush.
I also noticed a lot of people waiting long times for pick up orders.

Update: I decided to give them another try and this time was just as bad as the last few. The portion sizes at this location are ridiculous, I had to pay for double meat just to get a normal sized portion. My bowl had less than a full scoop of rice and the steak was cut as smallest as possible. I’ve never experienced this at any other Chipotle. I’ll definitely be sticking to the Bryant Irvin location.
This is the second time we have ordered food from this location and were served undercooked rice. We could not even finish our meal because it was crunchy and hard. Not to mention there was a hair found in our guacamole. We have had nothing but bad experiences at this location, we will be driving to the Bryant Irvin location instead.

My first time eating at Chipotle Mexican Grill at
8522 Benbrook Blvd, Benbrook, TX 76126. We had barbacoa tacos and they were fantastic, went on a Thursday evening and it was packed, my only complaint was the tables that were empty needed cleaning and the floors were a mess, did not see anyone cleaning and the front area really needed it. But like I said the place was packed we had to park next door because of no parking spaces available so with that said THEY REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE ON CLEANING, AN ABSOLUTE NASTY PLACE

I took a bite of my chicken burrito and found a 2in BONE! I tried to call but I was sent straight to an incompetent Bot. I wish there was a way to speak to an employee.
Edit: Chipotle reached out and made all right! The service and immediate response time was awesome. Glad I was able to contact a real person.
Next time I’ll just need to remember to ask for boneless!
