Big shoutout to Maxwell — this guy is the reason I’ll be coming back. First time returning to Chipotle since moving here from California, and he made it a great experience. Positive energy, genuinely helpful, and polite throughout. That’s the kind of customer service that stands out.
Unfortunately, the experience at checkout with Alexis around 8:20 was a stark contrast. She was visibly disengaged and when I made simple small talk asking how her day was going, her response made it clear she had no interest in being there or interacting with customers. Customer-facing roles require a baseline level of professionalism, and she fell well short of that. Frankly, had she been my first impression of this location, I would have walked out.
Maxwell more than saved the visit — 5 stars for him, and hopefully management takes note of the inconsistency in customer service.

1/21/26 The employees were stressed out and very rude to me while I maintained full professionalism with them. There were only 3 people in line. I ordered a double chicken bowl and a side of the high protein chicken cup, when I asked for the protein cup the employee did not know what I was talking about, gave me a dirty look and had to look at the menu. He then rudely said “you know its not free and im gonna have to charge you for an extra side” as if I didn’t already know it was going to be charged for it. I understand they were stressed out because they were missing a worker but they don’t have to take it out on customers, especially when I never argued nor gave any attitude.

I stopped by this Chipotle while working in Fort Worth, and I will not be returning. While making bowls, the employee’s phone rang, and he reached into his pocket to check it with his gloves on, then continued preparing food with the same gloves. I had to ask him to change them — that’s unacceptable and unsanitary. Staff should be properly trained on food safety and understand that gloves are for handling food only, not personal items. Phones should be used on breaks, not while serving customers.

This location is AWFUL!! What they call extra chicken is the same as others regular chicken. Rice and beans are the cheapest foods in the world. Even the poorest countries have rice and beans. But they want to make sure that you don’t get any more than they have to give you. By far the worst location I’ve ever been to.

Staff fighting in front of me really is a turn off. People complaining they want to go home and don’t want to be there repeatedly saying that. The burrito broke and another person tossed a new burrito at an employee to did it. So have two burritos wraps squished to make one. So unappealing. Run far away !!! Service and attitude was terrible. Good unappealing.
