**FOOD POISONING WARNING**
I kept giving this place multiple chances because my husband has celiacs and their food is always gluten free for him, which is very appreciated. But I officially will never go back here and might be done with chipotles altogether. Had a burrito bowl two nights ago with steak, black beans, fajita veggies, pico, corn salsa, lettuce, and guac. To put it shortly, I have been sick ever since. My digestive system is officially messed up. ALSO there were pieces of PLASTIC in my food. Disgusting. If you’re hellbent on going to chipotle, don’t go to this one.

I literally got ZERO lettuce, no sour cream, and about 2 tablespoons of rice and a few shreds of cheese! Obviously I was given what they had left over for the night but they charged me full price! I’ve been trying to get thru to the manager for over 20 minutes . Their BS automated system refused to let me talk to a live person! This store SUCKS!!!!!! They continue to tell me that the store is closed when it is not!!! The VERY WORST part is their automated system refuses to let you talk to anyone!!!! This Chipolte SUCKS!!!!!

This will be my last time purchasing from this location! I pay over $2 for queso to only receive a little over 1/3 of the container. It happens every single time and I’m sick of it at this point! Same thing with the sour cream. Give people what they pay for Chipotle!!!

We go in and they were very quiet, no custom service, and did not give correct portions of food and then had the audacity to upcharge $5 for a half glob of guacamole. Do not waste your time here, go to the one in North Richland Hill, they do not upcharge and they give you correct portions.

Updated review. We ordered 2 bowls (1 carnitas and 1 barbacoa) and 2 cheese quesadillas with kids meals We really enjoyed our meal. Staff was great… Courteous and worked quickly.

I had doordashed my chipotle bowl and I was scooping it with chips. when I went to scoop with my fork, I noticed a dead baby roach on a piece of my rice. i’ve never had a bad experience with chipotle but I definitely will be staying away for a while because I was DISGUSTED to say the least!

Imagine going to a fast food and the music is turned up so loud you have a hard time ordering. This place their music turned up so much it’s hard to enjoy the food. Pretty sad because I love Chipotle. I wish I could attach a music file to show everyone how experience ruining this music is.
