I gotta say this is the best Chipotle I have been too in Dallas. Jorge has a great customer service and prepared my food perfectly and with care. I definitely don’t mind driving across town (even there is on 10 minutes from my residency) thank you glad this location is open and has hard working dedicated staff.

Not acknowledge of customer waiting, not greeting, I had to ask so many times to get fajitas, at the register the dude was just talking to coworkers, and I had to ask him three times for chips, and I wanted to redeem my point for chips, he refused to help me and ask me to do it by myself thru the app, other locations don’t have an issue with redeeming in store, there was no line! And got extremely rude and poor customer service

Horrible !!! Does not listen to what you put on the order. I placed an order on door dash I put no rice they put rice and decided to give me a skimpy bowl this place is horrible tried to call, it sends you to a customer service line NOT this store on Gaston ave in Dallas !!!!! This is awful and a waste of money… and another thing it’s not the door dasher it’s you !!!!! On Gaston ave you messed up my night and inconvenienced me.This is beyond disappointing why would you give me a skimpy bowl with additional rice I did not ask for. Are there people working here with no eyes ? Or can’t read this is ridiculous and I will be escalating this to corporate.

I will say this is the cleanest Chipotle I have been in,but each time I have visited this location they never have any veggies.it was 2 hours before closing and they tell me they will not have anymore whats there is all they have for the night. The guy who was making the food was cleaning the line and steady reaching over my food and one guy was scratching his head and not once washed his hands. Team need to be coached on sanitation other than that everything else was okay,but to have a line of people 2 hpurs before closing and a empty line should never be acceptable in a place like this.

It never fails every time I place a togo order here i stand at the counter while 3-4 different employees pass by me with no acknowledgement. It’s so frustrating to see your order right behind the counter and have to stare at it for 5 minutes. Might as well stand in line and order at the restaurant at this point, defeats the purpose of a togo order. Customer service skills are awful, should not be difficult to acknowledge your customers.

I experienced extremely poor service during my visit 1/16 ~8:10 pm . The employee, described as a woman with punk eyeliner and dark red hair, failed to acknowledge or greet me despite my standing at the counter. I waited longer for recognition than it took me to drive to the location.
When she finally addressed me, her tone was scolding and unprofessional. I had placed my order ahead of time specifically to avoid waiting, yet the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational. Most concerning, she made physical contact with me when I reached for my order, which was inappropriate and unacceptable.
This experience left me uncomfortable and frustrated. I expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and respectful personal boundaries, especially when picking up a prepaid order.

Guy putting together my order did not care and seemed to purposefully do the opposite when i asked him to go light on an ingredient. He also had a terrible attitude. Will not be back to this location!
