To be honest this place i feel like gone down hill in the last couple of months. I dont know what happened past the holidays but its like they forgot to know how to wash their hands or not touch their nose while handling food its honestly pretty gross. I frequent this mall and have noticed the shift which sucks because i used to love coming here 🙁 hopefully they pick up their act soon because someone is going to end up getting sick!

Really great and busy Chipotle at N Central and Southwestern. The staff is awesome and my order is always on time for pickup. They do a great job handling pickup, dine in and delivery. Food is always delicious. I use the app to get my Gus mode discount and freebies. Always clean and well attended, including restrooms. Great Jody dealing with covid restrictions as well. Chipotle… I’m addicted!!!

I got halfway through the line – rice, pinto beans, chicken. I tell them I’d like lettuce and cheese, but they’re out up front. The employees tell me the “rule” is no one can go back to restock during peak hours. I told them they can throw away what I started because I’m not eating it without lettuce and cheese. That’s an absolutely absurd “rule” and I’m sure someone misinterpreted. Also, the lady with the extra long eyelashes was beyond sloppy, just throwing stuff in the bowl. Yuck. Do better, Chipotle.

The lady with the crazy makeup gave me barely any cheese when I originally asked for extra. When I asked her to put more she looks at me and rolls her eyes. Then proceeded to wrap my burrito awfully all because I wanted more cheese. I took 1 bite and my entire burrito fell apart. What a waste of money and terrible service. The first server was messy, tossing food so fast it was going in other foods. Then we were they couldn’t leave the line to get lettuce or cheese, which they were out of, during peak hours. I left the line.

This Chipotle inside Northpark Mall has been going down dramatically in food quality, customer service, and consistency.
Every time I order something from here is always a new wrong thing. The food is cold not even warm, today the rice nor the chicken had any salt at all. The veggies looked like they’ve been cooked in the morning.
I really wish someday I’d be able to see the professionalism I see in other locations like the one at Southwestern and 75Hwy

Not the best Chipotle location but not the worst. Its location in the North Park mall is convenient but a double edged sword. The high traffic means they run out of items and the staff are not the friendliest. A decent place to go if you need a quick bite but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here
