Good food and service here at this location. Im overall pleased. I was finishing my meal at 945 on and they started putting the chairs up everywhere. Is that normal? I think they close at 11 pm, so why so early? It always gives diners a “Go away” vibe, some would call it rude. Busy store in Dallas, maybe they were just trying to go home early after a long day :/

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, often eating there 4-5 times a week before moving to Hawaii. On a recent visit to Dallas, I stopped by this location around 7 PM on a weeknight while running errands, and it was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle.
First, the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The drink station was littered with trash, and there were no napkins available. I had to go back to the register just to ask for some. Then, when I looked for a place to sit, every single booth was dirty except for one that was already occupied. There was food and trash left on the tables, and even the chairs were filthy. Out of the remaining tables, maybe three or four were usable, but they weren’t exactly clean either.
To make matters worse, the steak in my bowl was cold. At 7 PM on a weeknight, during what I’d assume is still a busy time, I expected fresh, warm food—not something that seemed like it had been sitting out for a while.
This location clearly needs better management and a stronger focus on cleanliness, food quality, and customer experience. As someone who has always loved Chipotle, this visit left a bad impression. I hope the management steps in to address these issues, as this level of service and cleanliness is far below what I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.

Store is clean and staff were friendly. Got there late 30 mins before closing and still have food. The cool part is where it is and what is around it. Lots of other stores and a huge outdoor dining area and artificial turf to hangout.

I ordered the chicken bowl as always. The burnt vegetables made this lunch. Taste like I was eating ashes in my bowl. It was unpleasant and I ended up just throwing $12 away. I didn’t complain because this should’ve been caught by the staff or manager for quality control.

I was very unsatisfied with their customer service?… just so happened as we walk in a big group came after us so they really kind of pushed us out the way and just rushed us out of the way after we paid for are items etc… long story short after leaving the register noticing that I did not receive all what I wanted on my item…overall experience was not good.

Steak had good flavor but wasn’t fresh off the grill. Rice was fluffy but uneven, and they skimped on the guac like they were paying for it outta pocket.
Service was cool, not rude but not welcoming either. No eye contact, no energy it felt more like a transaction than an experience.
The vibe in the store was chill though. Clean setup, good flow, not overly packed.
If you need something quick, it’s still a go. Just don’t expect top-tier unless they on their A-game.
3.5 stars. Louie K’s Up but not fully leveled up.

They gave me the wrong order and then tried telling the other person who’s order they gave me that she never ordered.. Next time instead of playing around how about you actually work and do the job you’re there to do? The workers were laughing and singing so loud while they were supposed to be working. Like come on. It was the young employees— one with blond hair and glasses. This happened on a Friday night. Do better! 🙂

The reason is that it said ready but when I got there, I still wait for my order another 10 min.
They don’t have anyone in restaurant so they should help out the mobile orders instead standing around!
