I ordered a bowl and the server did not seem to be actively listening. The protein portion was small. I also asked for a very small amount of corn but she put in too much. Also, was given the wrong serving of beans. I mentioned this while there. Noone seemed to want to make things right just passed my bowl to the next server.
I was mad at myself for paying for it instead of just leaving the entree and walking out of the store.
Hopefully I can get the courage to visit your store again.

Me and my mom stopped in to have lunch and luckily it wasn’t too busy, cause this is a popular location. Jadrian made our bowls. He was so nice, welcomed us wth a smile and was super patient and polite with my mom, she was a little indecisive..lol Now to my bowl, he made it perfectly. Like he was reading my mind. It was so freaking good this time. He made it a great experience for us today. Deja was so nice with every request I made and I had a few…lol Thanks Jadrian, Deja everyone on the team today for being so nice and helpful. We had a great lunch date.

Young Hispanic boy on the register charges you for a bag of chips but does not go and get the bag of chips… Everyone in here is very lousy with zero customer service skills other than the young man working the line.

I had an online order ready at 8:20 pm, and when I arrived, it seemed like they were pretty busy and their online side was down so they asked for my name, and they immediately got to making my food. Though I waited for my food, the workers were very kind, they filled up my burrito, and thanked me for my patience. My food was fresh, and it was delicious, I devoured that mug so quick.

Chips were old as hell. I . No crunch to them at all. I ordered a chimichurri and when I got home, I realized it was not there. Worst chipotle location ever. No wonder they have below 3.0 review. Just arrived at 10:45am came into store. There are about 6-8 staff working in the kitchen and 2 up front setting up. I said hello to everyone greeting staff, the chubby black lady said we are not open and we are not finished setting up.
The tall white assuming manager came out and asked me was I greeted and I said no.
He asked chubby why not and to serve me. She refused because she said all the food and silverware wasn’t out.
She needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!
Nasty and rudeness isn’t needed at a customer service position. The tall white manager serve my food and waited. He was very professional and said he will handle her later.

I’m not sure how others’ experiences were compared to mine but I had THE BEST VISIT here today!
On the way back to Houston, my husband and I were super hungry and were craving chipotle. We had a little trouble finding the location – google maps has one that is incorrect.
But anyway fast forward- even with a long line we were served really quickly and the staff were AMAZING- giving us generous helpings of sides and the meat was so fresh and an actual spoonful!
I can’t say enough good things about the team here this afternoon. Y’all are killing it! Thank you!

I kindly asked my server for double protein, which was carne asada. FIRST portion was probably normal which was a scoop, but the extra portion that I asked for was two strips of carne asada. I proceeded to ask my server. “Was that the extra portion that I was paying for “ and she said yes. I normally cook six out of seven days a week, which the seventh my husband cooks. I’m disappointed that every person before me way served generously without having to ask for an extra.I’ve been to this location Several times because it’s much closer to my home, thinking I’m going to give them another chance. Unfortunately, they disappointed again.. …. Please train your employees to be equal with every customer.

There was no carne asada – no rice, then the rice they brought out wasn’t cooked all the way done. It was hard as a rock so we couldn’t even eat the bowls. The meat came with half a spoon full, they were very stingy with the portion size which is not known for Chipotle. They were out of forks!! Counter filthy – floor filthy.
The bottom of the bowl- Filthy!!!! I need corporate to reach out to me & look at these pictures of this portion size. Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION
