This Chipotle location is actually really good and easily deserves five stars. It’s one of the biggest Chipotles I’ve ever been to, which already makes the experience better. The staff were friendly and patient, especially Steve, who was super cool and chill while helping me redeem my free burrito.
Everything was fresh, prepared correctly, and tasted exactly how Chipotle should. They were also very generous with the portion sizes, which is always appreciated. The place was clean, well-run, and had a good overall vibe.
This is definitely one of the better Chipotle locations to spend your money on. Highly recommended.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Plano is a great place to stop by if you’re in the mood for high-quality burritos, tacos, or bowls. The staff is very friendly, the interior is clean and spacious and the food is fresh. I ordered a steak bowl and it was prepared in a matter of minutes.Good experience overall. There is plenty of parking, inside there are stools, regular tables and booth seating. There is also an outdoor patio. Good place to stop by for lunch or dinner.

The order was completely missing guacamole. There was barely any lettuce, it was supposed to have extra lettuce, this pic makes it looks like there’s more lettuce than what there really was because I had spread it around looking for the guacamole they left out. The chicken was gross. I can’t tell you how many times I bit into a piece of chicken that tasted burnt. My husband and I didn’t even finish our food. Complete waste of money! (Online ordered)

Very stingy with protein portions. I got a double meat bowl and it was two half scoops of chicken making it a single order. They had a female manager standing over the employee that was preparing the bowl. She wasn’t doing anything except telling the employee under her how to manage the portions. There was a young boy and his father behind me and the portions the kid got wouldnt feed a small child. He asked if he could have a little more chicken in his bowl the employee went to add a little more, but the manager stopped her and said ,” that will be double is that ok?” The kid felt bad and awkwardly looked at his dad. The Dad of course said that would be fine, as any good fad would. I felt this was so unnecessary and put an awkward tension in the restraunt that could have been avoided entirely. Now I know what it was nearly empty at lunchtime on a Saturday. Locals must know the drill at this location won’t be going back. Will drive down to Richardson, next time, instead.

I’ve been to this location many times in person and received a good, to great order and service. Last night I ordered a burrito w/ queso & chips off UberEats and the saddest most pathetic looking burrito showed up. I requested a refund from UberEats but was denied. Waste of money! crossing this location off my list and maybe even Chipotle in general. I can pay $27 at any locally owned shop and receive a little more respect and gratitude than what I got last night.

Whoever was working on to go orders really skimped. This is ridiculous. I put extra on MULTIPLE items. Also, only 3 tiny pieces of burnt chicken were in the bowl. A tiny splinter looking thing was also found in my bowl. Not sure if wood utensils are used to make the food.
