If I could rate this place 0 , I would. Where do I even start… when I started eating my food , the rice tasted old . Not to mention the stacking of garbage around the place.

The male staff member was extremely rude. He seemed distracted, laughed during service, and barely put anything in our bowls. On the other hand, the older lady was very kind and provided great service. Unfortunately, the male staff’s behavior left a negative impression.

Chipotle was my first job when I was 16 years old I worked there for 2 years and I know a real portion of meat when I see one. I came to this store 2/4/26 and I was honestly offended by the employees on the line didn’t even acknowledge me just straight up ask mw what I wanted I asked for double meat chicken and Steak and I was served a half portion. I looked at the girl and asked her if this was a full scoop she didn’t even look at me and said yes what else do you want I told her give me another scoop and charge me more. If I’m paying for double meat at least make sure the food is fresh I’m getting left overs from the morning rush. Chipotle is worth so much to be acting like a greedy Jew and tell their employees to serve less disgusting and robbing us from money.

I went in tonight very close to when they closed and a male worker took my order. I could see he was working hard all around getting a mobile order done but he still managed to make one of the best chipotle bowls I’ve ever had. He was amazing quick and efficient I really wish I caught his name but this bowl I am eating right now in front of me in delectable I haven’t had this good of a bowl in forever I genuinely had to pause my eating to write this review plz give this man a raise

Got a horrendous case of food poisoning from this Chipotle location over a year ago. Ever since, I have faithfully gone out of my way to drive an extra 5-10 minutes to other Chipotle restaurants. Finally decided to give this location another try tonight, rationalizing that it’s been so long since I got food poisoning here and there’s no way it would happen again from this same location. Wrong! I will spare the details and simply say that I have been miserably sick all evening, and this was the only food I’ve had all day that I can attribute it to, aside from a protein bar this morning. There is clearly a hygiene or health/safety issue in the food preparation process at this Chipotle. Reported to the Allen Health and Food Safety department so hopefully no one else has to get sick.

I went to get chipotle on my 30 min lunch break. Associate named Rosa made my bowl. I asked for extra white rice and she gave me 1/3 of a scoop twice. I asked for a full scoop and she rolled her eyes and gave me a little plop of what was left on the spoon. I asked for chicken and she tossed the chicken around in the pan and gave me 5 pcs. I asked if I could get more chicken. She said “ double chicken is extra “ I said you barely gave me a full scoop of chicken. I just walked out for the first time in my life. This is RIDICULOUS. CHIPOTLE DO BETTER. Your prices are Absurd and you want us to pay $12 for a bowl with 5 pcs of chicken?! Are you freaking kidding me? Absolutely absurd. This is the 3rd time I’ve had issues at this specific location. It’s trash.

I placed an online order and came in with friends, but when we got there the staff said their system was down. I asked if I could cancel my order, and none of the workers seemed to know how to handle it. When I asked the manager for help, he was rude and just told me to call corporate instead of helping resolve the issue. Very poor customer service and disappointing experience overall. Whoever the manager is needs to go back to flipping burgers at mcdonald’s.
