Went here around 8pm on a Friday night and ordered two bowls, manager I’m assuming gave me half a scoop of old steak for two bowls and looked me dead in my face .. I didn’t make a fuss but ordered extra chicken on top because the whole reason I even go to Chipotle is for after workout nutrition but for $30 for two skimp bowls not worth it at all . Plus old veggies just casually drying away

By far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Walking in the food counter was dirty. There was spilled food everywhere. I order my food, a quesadilla being one of them, and they burned it. I asked them if they can remake, the young lady I asked said “Umm, Idk I don’t think so.” So I’m immediately upset and I said “well remake it, you burned it you can remake I already paid for it. Also i asked for pinto bean you gave me black.” The staff immediately starts throwing a fit. The young man with long hair is making sure to be extra loud and making a scene. To which I respond, “why are you guys being difficult? It’s a quesadilla, how is this the only Chipotle who can’t make a quesadilla right?” Anyways he gives me the remade quesadilla which was still burned mind you with a damn attitude in front of a line of customers. Very professional! We end up dining in the tables almost all of them were dirty. The chairs were dirty, the floor had food everywhere. Worst experience, will not be back to this location. Corporate really needs to focus on locations like this. Filthy and bad management.

This must have been the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The district manager needs to have a look. I am sure it won’t pass an inspection. The restrooms were gross and the dining area was a mess. The food was cold as well. I would have asked for a refund but I hate being that guy. I won’t ever eat at this location again.

I love paying for double chicken and watching the employee literally take chicken back out of my bowl after they put it in. Like what? Taking food out of someone’s bowl and put it back to be served to someone else to save a penny wow.

Very polite and lovely guests. Makes you fall in love with Mexican food and Omaha in General. I actually went back again and believe me will visit one more than before I leave town. It’s undergoing outside reconstruction but it does not affect the inside at all.

If people order tacos on the mobile app – it clearly means 3 tacos. (Also ordered double steak and I got about 6 pieces.) Since that’s specifically what you click, “three tacos”. When I called, I got absolutely no assistance. The credit tape didn’t print properly with my receipt so I couldn’t even call the feedback line for help, because they require the order number.
Between the order itself (there were a few additional like guacamole, which I did get), the delivery fee, tip, and charity round up, I spent $39. $39 FOR A SINGLE TACO.

The building is nice but the food is more expensive then others like it near it and when I got my food I had a peice of plastic bag and a lil white round sticker in my bowl of food how idk just happy I didnt eat it….. also staff is pompous and very rude! Stop acting like ur better then your customers!
