Have done two large catering orders in the last few months. First time tortillas and sauces were missing. The most recent order had a third of the order missing- mostly all refrigerated stuff. No one answered the phone and even after spending 15 min with customer support, they also could get no one from the store on the phone. I had to go back to the store and then get all the missing items. Food tasted great once everything was picked up- but 0 for 2 attempts on service and reliability.

This has been my worst experience at a chipotle, I ordered a steak bowl and burrito. The pinto beans were extremely die and salty, as well as the fajita veggies. I tried picking out the veggies and beans but the rice was also undercooked. The person serving was also rushing while I ordered. I could not finish my meal.

My Daughter and I went to the Chipotle
On Oakmont in Omaha. It was terrible.
We stood there just the two of use watching every one cleaning at 8:30 at night. Not one of the stopped what they where doing to ask use for our order.
They really need good help on that side of town.
Now, on the other hand we headed over to the Elkhorn location and my goodness.
It was like night and day.
They where also cleaning. But one of the employees stepped right up and took or order. It was the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a Chipotle restaurant.
Great service great people and very clean.
I will definitely be back to the Elkhorn location.
The location on Oakmont in Omaha needs dier help.
I will go back to that location at the same time in about 2 months to see if anything has changed.
They need help with customer service.

Im sort of a regular at this Chipotle but I always have a great time talking with the staff, some truly kind people who remember my order every time, never had a restaurant treat me more like a human, great work y’all keep it up best Chipotle in the chain. Btw I have never done a review on a restaurant but this one deserves it!!!

My last two orders have been messed up. The first one I order a burrito and a bowl for someone else. Two different orders, they put the same ingredients in my burrito as they put in the bowl. Okay fine, I’ll eat it. Just ordered a “BURRITO” tonight. And they give me a half made bowl instead. The label clearly says burrito.

I have given this location plenty of chances, but today was the last time I will order from here. Ordered a steak salad and chips and guacamole for delivery. There were many issues with my order. 1. The amount of dressing I received as maybe a tablespoon amount. How is this amount supposed to be enough for my entire salad? (Picture included) 2. The chips were rubbery! When I bit down the chips wouldn’t break, I had to try and tear them. 3. I asked for extra corn and cheese on my salad and there was barely any to be considered a normal portion.

Restaurant has been closed forever due to ongoing construction. Ordered online today to pick up thinking I could use the drive-through, got there and it’s closed still under constrution. Paid $21.17 for a burrito bowl, huge waste of money and expensive mistake. For the expense, I paid for double meat (did not receive), got white instead of brown rice, only black beans no pinto (ordered both) and no queso. You guys are the most expensive “fresh” fast food chain, and I got half of what I paid for extras. I work in Valley and it’s a 20 min drive both ways. No wonder your stock is dumping, totally in a tail spin. Not going back. Feels like I should be compensated for half of the meal, since that’s what I received. What a rip-off.

14$ burrito had barely any meat, car in front of me used the “Chipotlane” as a drive thru. They also apparently don’t know how to mark the burritos so you will have to pick it apart to tell who’s is who’s.

Not only are portion sizes shrinking to take advantage of the customers and increase profit, this lil burrito made me sick for two days! Not to mention, the ingredients on the burrito is a total mystery box. You won’t get what you order. I’ll be avoiding all Chipotle, especially this one.
