Stopped by for lunch. Very nice new place, handy to get to. Parking is much better than the other one in town. Food was great. Pretty pricey though for a burrito that is mostly rice and beans.

Now I absolutely love Chipotle but this new location…needs help! We visited on a Saturday about 2pm. There was 2 people in line but the restaurant was an absolute mess! The counter by the cash register was covered in food debris and the cashier didn’t even have the initiative to wipe if off while waiting for the next customer. The trash area was absolutely overflowing! The lemonade containers were all empty, napkin dispensers were empty, there wasn’t a clean table to sit at. We took our food and ate in our vehicle. I will continue to eat at Chipotle but I will stick to the original location!

Beautiful new building and I appreciated how the staff took the time to spread out your rice and to keep the area clean. Just was not a good night to go as they were super busy

The portions aren’t the only small thing about this Chipotle. We were excited for the new East side location so we wouldn’t have to deal with Aggieville traffic, but this building is tiny and the layout is honestly a mess. When you walk in the front door, you’re met with two more doors and you basically have to guess which way to go. Go right and you’re fine, go straight and you end up weaving through people who are just trying to enjoy their meal.

There’s no real space for a line, so if you’re sitting down to eat, you’ve got people hovering over you—literally crotch-level—while they wait to order. And the portions? Total joke. Barely any rice, meat, or cheese. The girl did dump on enough sour cream to fill a whole tub, but that didn’t exactly make up for it.

This location feels like it was designed strictly for drive-through orders. If you can, stick with the Aggieville Chipotle—bigger portions, more space, and no one breathing down your neck while you eat. Only choose the East side one if you need the drive-through, but be prepared for a smaller meal.

This guacamole appears to be in a state of disrepair. Looks like it has been left out overnight and its odor is unpleasant.

Wow! 6 people were working all on their phones. when we walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Only two others in the store. Place was a mess. Food all over the tables and all over by the cash register. No napkins, no silverware. When we asked for sauce, she threw it at us and didn’t say a word. Yep! I’ll eat Chipotle again but definitely not at this one.

Was excited for this new location, but unfortunately the wait time is ridiculous and only one employee working the line. Very disappointing. Better off going to the aggieville one IF you can find parking.

I really wanted chipotle, while the food WAS good, the staff and the cleanliness of the store were awful.
Upon walking in we had to wait for the woman making the food to finish her convo with the guy doing dishes, before we could even order. At this time there is 1 person behind us. She finally finished her convo with dude behind her and asks what I would like. It took her 10 minutes to make 2 burritos. She was moving at a glacial pace. All the while the one guy is washing dishes and a girl at the register is playing with her hair. The counter top was absolutely DISGUSTING. Beans smeared on the counter, I didn’t even want to touch it. I looked around and every trashcan is over flowing. The one trash in the lobby was stacked 3 feet high of trash ABOVE the trashcan. Buy the time we finished checking out the line was out the door. About 8-10 people and as we got our drinks and walked out she was JUST getting to the lady behind us. 3 people in that store and no one could be bothered to wipe up the counter top, take out the trash. Normally 2 people assemble the food but not today. I was really hopeful for this restaurant as I HATE dealing with Aggieville and the parking BS. But at least the longest part of my trip to Aggie chipotle is trying to find a place to park.

Good grief. It’s not hard. Good luck to y’all.

Ordered pick up here. It is now 20 min after my food was supposed to be ready and I still don’t have it. I don’t blame the employees as they are either understaffed or undertrained. Management has some fixing to do.

I was super stoked about having a Chipotle with a drive thru on the west side of town but the last 3 times I’ve been here to pick up my order I’ve waited 20-30+ minutes in the pick up line!! This is stupid ridiculous!!!
