Asked for extra lettuce on all bowls and still got less than the normal amount of lettuce. I don’t want to hold up a line just to get the bare minimum. Stop drizzling corn and lettuce like adding a dash of salt to a dish. It’s infuriating when hungry and just trying to get everyone their correct orders.

The consistency of this location is truly awful. I live nearby and used this location extensively (78 times last 12 months according to the email I get), and I usually order the same thing for take out, so my sample size is pretty big. Last year they have all kinds of staffing and supply chain issues but the food was just fine for things are in stock, but this year the food itself go wrong more often than not. Sometimes my bowl gets piled high, and next time it’s half empty. Sometimes I only get what seems to be a single serving worth of protein option that I paid extra for double. Sometimes I only get a few onions slices for the Fajita Veggies, and sometimes an extra is just missing entirely, but at least it’s better than biting into huge chunks of raw red onions like last year. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me if you dine in since the staff are within your sight. App users like me have to talk to the chatbot to get fixed. I only complained in the app 3 times in total (out of the 78 orders, mind you) in the span of me opening the account, but it doesn’t seem that the chatbot is giving me freebies for compensation anymore. 🙂

This store has it’s ups and downs, and my thoughts are pretty mixed. In general, however, this store is VERY underwhelming. They significantly underportion in the evenings, and they do not clean the store. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the trash NOT full, inside and out (see my image). They hire generally incompetent workers, and some of them are flat out just rude. The very large guy on the start if the make line is absolutely unable to do the job. He wasted 5 tortillas just trying to pull one off, throwing them all away because they tore. I can’t respect myself if I give this store more than 2 stars.

The food was not good. The service was even worse. I understand food business. I’ve been in it since my 14th birthday along with the restaurant chain my family owned when I was younger. If you don’t like customer service, don’t do it. The impatience your employees have will rub off on not only your guests but your food. This location has run so downhill in a matter of months. $16 for a sad bowl and an irritated woman. *I’m literally throwing tomatoes*

Oddly one of the lowest quality Chipotles around. It’s like they don’t even use the same ingredients or protocols as other ones around. I used to get Chipotle every week living by the PV location(best one imo), but now I hardly bother.

I’ve always said whenever someone mentions they’re getting chipotle to specifically not go to this one. My final time eating there I went in and ordered white rice (extra) and he was scraping every grain out of the container and it didn’t even fill half the bowl up. (I don’t order meat so least you could do is give me the extra rice I paid for). It sucks because chipotle doesn’t pay bad for their part time positions, considering our economy they get good pay. For the price I pay I at least expect a half full bowl.

Ordered a burrito and bowl last week. Meat/chicken portions in both were incredibly negligible. Both were virtually just rice and beans, with a pinch of cheese. Absolutely disappointed.

Unacceptable service. Went through the line, asked for cheese, girl working the line with a nose ring, said sorry we don’t have cheese, very snotty. Asked if they were out completely or needed to refill pan, she responded that she didn’t have time for us. We preceeded to pay and they minute we sat down, they refilled the pan with cheese and pointed and laughed. So we went back up to ask for a side of cheese since we couldn’t get it in line because they were “out”, and we were told we needed to pay for it. Would not suggest going to this store, very rude and very bad service. It happened to the lady behind us as well and the manager refused to talk or help her.if I could give a zero, I would

I frequent many locations through out the city due to traveling for work. This is location is definitely toward the bottom of the list. I came in at 9:30 pm, all the chairs were on top of the tables, line line had sour cream all over with sour cream in the salsas. No white rice, no chicken… it was apparent that they operate as if they close at 945. Also it seemed as if I was inconveniencing them by coming in.

I always order through the mobile app. My order has something wrong right around 90% of the time. Most frequently, I am missing items. I have also recently had incorrect ingredients, wrong sides (guac, which I am allergic to, instead of queso), the queso was upside down in the bag with the lid not attached (noticed before I got to my car), etc. I wouldn’t dine in at this location. I can also be the only one with an order and no guests in line, arrive after my scheduled pick up time, and my order hasn’t even been started. There is never any urgency, no matter when I go.
