I absolutely HATE this Chipotle! This store is right down from our house, but every.single.time we pull in and walk to the door they inform us they are only doing mobile orders. Not everyone does everything mobile. I have gone here at least 4 times in the past month and a half and this was the case. We now always go to the Chipotle on 135th as 1) THEY ALWAYS TAKE WALK-INS 2) The staff is always amazing and 3)They are always quick! I legit hope they close this store down.

Im not usually a complainer but I hate that the scoop of guac is not consistent for location to location. It is sooo expensive for what you get. I usually ask them to put it on the side so I know I’m getting the same every time but this just looks so skimpy 🙁

I used to eat here weekly. Three days in a row they “lost” my online order and I had to wait in the lunch rush line to complete my order. I always give an extra 10-15 minutes on the expected completion time on the app and more often than not, it is not ready even in that time.

DO NOT order online from this location. As I write this I’ve been waiting 25 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. Meanwhile, everyone who was in the out-the -door line when I got here already has their food. They also typically get something wrong with my online orders. My fault for thinking this time would be different. Food is just like any other Chipotle but just come and order at the counter and you’ll be treated much better.

We went after work on a Friday night. Absolutely no line/wait. Most everything looked fresh, except the queso. That looked a little old. I ordered soft shell steak tacos, to go. Since we never tried the queso we thought we should try it (despite it’s appearance). When we got home (10 minutes away)- the food was still hot & very good. However, not impressed with the queso. It tasted almost like a paste & like flour. We were a little disappointed, but to say the least the lime & salt chips and fresh tacos will keep us coming back! I hope the change that queso-paste.

There is always a wait it seems, however it seems to be mostly due to mobile orders. The staff keeps a cool head even with a line to the door and mobile orders printing out non-stop.
