Dirty, not stocked, and very slow employees.
They had plenty of employees working which i counted at least 6. They were completely out of forks and napkins and no one was keeping up with wiping the tables.
The cheese on my quesadilla was not even melted and was cold.
Whichever was the one managing the place, needs to head out.

I waited 40 MINUTES FOR THIS!!!!!!!! While waiting I got to experience all of the customer service this Chipotle has to offer. For example the numerous missing orders that they encountered. I should never have came back to this place, you shouldn’t either! I would give -5 stars if it was possible.

Usually we have a great experience with our food. We ordered pickup today and it was very lacking. Everything was half filled and thats being generous. The kids meal had 2 spoons worth of beans. The only thing that was actually portioned properly was the queso.

The food was honestly really good quality. I couldn’t complain about that at all and really the employees were doing the best that they could with what they had. They had one guy building the burritos and doing cash register. While everybody else was doing other stuff. I’m assuming they were low on people. None of the tables were cleaned off and if they were expecting old boy who was doing burritos and cash register to do the tables that’s insane. I wish I got his name cuz he deserves all the credit and he wasn’t even a manager I’m pretty sure but hey food was good. I can’t complain too much

Every single time I go after around 1pm they are out of fajita veggies. Typically when I get my food my bowl is filled well but it doesn’t seem like they want to give me full portions anymore?? This location is worse than any other in Springfield.

Food wasn’t started until a hour past pick up. First it was due to running out of chicken which is understandable but once they confirmed they made more about 20 minutes in; it still took the remaining of the hour with 1 employee working pickup and taking very much their time, that employee kept stopping orders to chitchat and joke around with DoorDash drivers and coworkers which is fine when they aren’t running seriously behind but they were. Many unhappy customers in there tonight so the atmosphere was off.

The worse sanitary chipotle I have seen, on the top that we have waited a lot to get served, the person who served us misunderstood everything, mixed everything up, not enough fresh products, very very very dirty surface, they made the burritos literally on someone’s left overs on the table and than put it back in the foil like nothing bad happened. I’m surprised they didn’t get any inspections because this is not sanitary at all.

Very unorganized and understocked doesn’t look like they’ve wiped the counters or prep station down in a while. Fairly disgusting. Employees were having a lot of trouble understanding simple requests like extra guacamole i have always liked chipotle but we’ll never return to this one

Went here for lunch as i really enjoy Chipotle, asked for double rice and the person gave me less rice than ive ever gotten at a Chipotle before, asked for double meet and they gave me half portions than charge me for double meat. They skimped on EVERYTHING then to seal the deal they squished my burrito (like its a mess in the bag now) I will not be coming back to this Chipotle uness they fix their Staffing, the person that helped me seemed to ignore everything I said and just kinda went at their own pace, the building itself has food all over the ground and the staff seemed unable to understand what I was saying and had a hard time communicating with me in English (its the only language I speak) in short, i got ripped off on my food and would recommend anywhere else over this location

Whomever was managing the store at 12:30pm on Monday the 24th was extremely hostile towards her employees. This lady was loudly reprimanding her grill employee. Loud enough in a busy store I could hear her continuously reprimand from the door and she continued to do this until we ordered. There were about 5 people in front of us so the line was to the door. The was she was speaking to him was extremely unprofessional and could see it was not creating a good learning environment. She blamed it on “tough love”. She was also following him around the grill area to continue to get into him whilst also being extremely close to him and his face. Then she proceeded to take a phone call and was complaining extremely loud about the walk in. This created a hostile feeling for me- I felt as though I was interrupting and felt terrible for the employees who looked like they were walking on egg shells. Overall though the employees were kind to us and seemed to be doing a fantastic job! No need to ever yell, raise your voice or demean your employees ever. But especially not in-front of customers! But shout out to the employees they were composing themselves very well!
I’d also like to mention that the grill employee did not talk back and only ever said “yes ma’am”
