Pathetic excuse for a chipotle! First, I had to ask the kid to actually give me full scoops because he literally only put a half of a scoop on my bowl! Then they were out of queso and when asked if I wanted to wait the 10 minutes, I said that was fine but then they were wanting to set the bowl. I started aside during that 10 minutes, which is absolutely unacceptable! Also, in all my years of running a restaurant, I know a lot about food safety, and when the employees were asking for new food on the line, instead of getting out a new container, they would put the new food into the old container! Now it’s 5 o’clock so they’ve been open for seven hours so that could be a seven hour old container that they put that food in! The worst one I saw them do this with was the sour cream! Talk about getting everybody sick! Needless to say, I just laughed and went to a different location!

Today I was scheduled to receive an approximately $1,000 catering order for my office at 11:45 a.m. At 11:27, I received a message from DoorDash stating that my order was being picked up and would be delivered at 11:43.

Perfect.

At 12:26 p.m., the driver finally arrived—and during the delivery managed to tip over one of the boxes. I later discovered that box contained pinto beans. Notice the past tense: it contained pinto beans. What it actually contained upon arrival was pinto sludge, now spread across my table and carpet.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I can literally see the Chipotle from my office windows. It’s substantially less than a mile away.

To add insult to injury, someone from the store called my phone thinking they were calling the DoorDash driver, to inform him that the order was incomplete. I tried—calmly—to explain that he was actually speaking to the customer who was still waiting for his order, now incomplete, 45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered.

It gets better. When I called that number back to express how angry and disappointed I was, it didn’t ring the store. Instead, it routed me to customer service—presumably in some far-off location—where the person answering had nothing to do with the store or the issue.

This location is completely incapable of handling catering orders. If you’re considering anything more than ordering a burrito at the counter, think again.

Finally, it’s almost comical to read the other reviews. You’ll quickly notice the same canned response telling customers to reach out through their nameless, faceless “Contact Us” URL. Few things frustrate me more than trying to do business with a company—giving them my money—only to be treated like garbage in return.

More of a complaint about chipotle in general. This stuff has gotten so insanely overpriced and I spit out half my burrito today and the last several times due to SO MUCH fatty (which I know will happen) and grisly inedible pieces of steak. For $26 that’s insane. Chips and queso were decent. Good flavor, but half the chips were literally stale or just not dried or something. So chewy. I don’t mind much but most people will. Out of 2 sodas today which is unfortunate but happens. Store seemed clean and staff were friendly. Chipotle really needs a quality upgrade. I haven’t had a good burrito since like 2020 which is why I might retry every few months or so. But I’m always disappointed.

They were out of almost every ingredient including chips, and main items. They also were out of ice in the ice machine, and there was ice all over the soda fountain tray. There were no utensils except for knives. All the trashcans were filled to the brim and spilling out. They handed me food I didn’t order and I couldn’t even understand the lady talking to me. She was very quiet and I had to ask her to speak up multiple times. There was trash everywhere on the counters, none of the tables were cleaned of other peoples trash, and it took a couple minutes for someone to even take my order when I was at the front of the line.

Placed an order through DoorDash and got my order COMPLETELY wrong. What was supposed to be a steak bowl, became an old burnt chicken rice bowl. On top of that the chicken tasted disgusting and old, but wait it gets better!
Not only did they get my order entirely wrong, we found a nice little surprise inside! There’s a nice sharp side to it too! Imagine if a child ate this instead someone must’ve had a REALLY bad off day or the level of care and competence is at a zero! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable regardless.

Up on arrive to the restaurant parking lot was full. When I got inside the restaurant long lines and door dash and uber eat workers waiting on orders to be made. I had to wait for my order to be made because door dash and Uber eat order had to be completed first. Waited for 20min in line before order was taken. Then my order was not correct and staff very rude and I spent $25 and can’t have order hot food. My food cold and nasty because the food had been seating out to long

I have always the the burritos and bowls. The food is always fresh, portions are large and they always have a nice clean atmosphere. The grilled chicken burrito with guacamole was amazing. It was so big it took me 2 days to eat it.

The chicken was grilled perfectly, the guac was tasty and the grilled veggies were perfect.

It’s funny they took all the lids off the Tabasco sauce bottles because people were stealing them 🙂

When i older burrito bowl, especially this store give very less quantity of food in it, by seeing that i can say they don’t care about customers whoever orders online.
Its not even the full box, its just less than half, they always does this whenever i do pickup or DoorDash from this store,
They don’t give full bowl of food unexpectedly also. They make sure the food is very less when it’s not dine-in.
Please change it i like to have food from chipotle, but it turns me off, please consider this review its a genuine feedback.

Went in to get my bowl that i pre ordered. Asked for extra corn salsa and extra pico. Didn’t get any pico at all and very little corn salsa. I also asked for medium salsa, and did not get that either. Had to run back in and get a side of pico and the queso I paid for that was forgotten. Really disappointing when the order is right in front of them.
