The single worst Chipotle experience i’ve ever had. I don’t know if it’s shrinkflation, but this is the least amount of portions i’ve ever gotten at a Chipotle location. I basically ate the meal in 10 seconds, it was a snack. $10 for half a bowls worth.

The staff are always rude, they will ask if you want things and when you answer they argue as if you didn’t already tell them no. Every time I go in here, there is an employee with a terrible attitude, always unprompted. I have watched them do it to multiple customers on multiple occasions, including myself. There is one individual who is always reasonable, the rest of the frontline staff are careless and hostile. Entire staff should be reviewed and changes should be made, it makes for a terrible expierence to the point you avoid this location. They also don’t open the store at 10:30 am like they are supposed to. Never had a place with so many disrespectful employees so consistently.

My collegiate team (22 people total) stopped at this particular location for lunch in route to Chicago. We typically frequently Chipotle because it will get the team in and out in roughly 15 minutes. Quality food in a short time frame. Immediately upon entry the manager was rude and combative. He made it very clear we should not dine in and take away space for their regular patrons. Mind you, it was 2:20pm on a Saturday afternoon, with 4 people dinning, and no one in line. We would’ve spent $300+ but I made the decision to leave and eat at another establishment. We felt unwelcome and our money was not good at that location. 15 years of traveling with moderate to large collegiate teams and I have never had my team feel disrespected or not even given the opportunity to be good patrons. His tone, attitude, and overall demeanor was not warranted. We will never visit this location again and I would advise others to not do the same. Thank you to the gentleman at Penn Station who was solo behind the counter and took care of us with patience and delivered quality food.

Best chipotle in springfield. I go out of my way to come here, even though its a bit further from my home. They STUFF the burritos (as long as you say extra on the app, which you should always do).

I walked in and there was trash all over the floor and tables. The restaurant was slow only 2 people in line ordering food. All the meat looked dry and old. The beans looked like hardened concrete. The white guy behind the counter with purple stripes in his hair didn’t seem to care at all as he slid the customers food over a dirty prep station. I walked out.

Of the few times I have used the app to order here and asked for it to be placed in the pickup shelves area, they never place it in pickup due to fear of “theft”. The second time I skipped the line to ask for my order and the staff acted all offended that I did that and wouldn’t even get me my order, they made me go through the “Chipotlane” to get it. This is probably the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The West End Chipotle is far superior and actually places pickup orders on the shelves again.

First time eating here, and the experience was kinda in the middle..while I enjoyed how stuffed my burrito was..it felt the taste was overwhelmed by cilantro. Don’t get me wrong, I love cilantro and lime. It was a little too much for me.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We came in with a large group as we needed to feed a sports team. We have done this at numerous other chipotles and never ran into a problem. When we walked in the worker immediately started complaining to us and told us we would not be allowed to eat there. And then when we were delaying our ordering for a second, he started yelling at us to order. We ended up leaving because of his unprofessional actions and disrespect.

Tried to claim my 50 dollar bill was a counterfeit bill but I was able to take it to the gas station and have it broke down easily. Mind you, this was from a cashed check. Please have your employees educated on the difference between counterfeit and real bills

Walked into the chipotle with a rather large party. As soon as we walked in the manager audibly complained and was immediately rude to our whole party. Absolutely terrible atmosphere. Complaining about a group that was about to spend more than 500 dollars is absolutely unprofessional and I hope that man is reprimanded.
