Chipotle… we need to talk. I got my carne asada burrito today, took the first bite, and immediately entered a spiritual battle. That steak was so godly chewy it felt like I was biting through a leather belt blessed by Zeus himself. I gave it a solid effort, thinking the next bite would be better… nope. Half of it went down my throat, the other half refused to leave my mouth like it had rent due. I ended up pulling the steak out of my throat like I was fishing for my dignity.
It was absolutely disgusting, traumatizing even, but here’s the thing… we’ve been through too much, Chipotle. You’ve fed me through heartbreaks, long days, and gym cravings. So despite our near-death experience today, I’m still giving you 5 stars.

This is the best Chipotle location. The friendly staff is exceptional and food selection is always on point – even late at night. We drive the extra distance to this location because we are never let down and the staff is super cool. Thank you!

This location seemed great for months until recently. My last online order that I asked for light rice was 3/4 rice, barely 4 pieces of carnita and forgot the chipotle ranch I paid extra for. To make matters worst this was on my free entree that took FOREVER to earn. The AI chatbot in the app offered me chips and guac for their mistake. Never again.

I’ve been slacking on reviews lately, but my experience here just inspired me to write a review. Whoever was working on the evening of August 5, 2025 did a killer job! The girl especially who was building those bowls was the fastest and most proficient I have ever seen! She was flipping the lids and doing tricks–it was honestly amazing to watch. Maybe some people feel slightly “rushed”, maybe the workers could “smile” a touch more, but when I’m super hungry I mostly care about efficiency. I was seriously shocked. Our group was 5 people and we got our food and paid much faster than it often takes JUST ME at other Chipotle locations! It’s a tough world out there and we ALL need to be nicer to each other, but I for one really really appreciated this particular Chipotle (and I’m MAINLY writing this to encourage the EMPLOYEES who don’t get enough love). Thanks again!

This place is going to shutdown soon, received worst bowl consecutive times, are you guys cooking rice or just serving raw? Taste like eating plastic. The frustrating thing is you don’t even have customer service, when I try to call it goes to automated call and it just ask to place order, place order. Never going to order chipotle again.

I got the steak burrito bowl with guac. It was pretty good. Generous portions and decent price. We have been there several times in the last few weeks, and their ice machine is never working.
Bathroom is not labeled but there is a public restroom. I like how they have a little seating area outside too.

From out of town and was excited to try chipotle for the first time! It’s no where near the city me and my significant other live in, the customer service was awful! super rude and rushed through the line even when there was only 1 person behind us. The second we left the line whomever was working it went right on his phone wearing the same gloves he used to serve the food. All of the dining room tables were dirty with food and trash on them. The food was mid par but had little to no options. Overall disappointed! Mostly disappointed in the customer service here! Not one person smiled or was even remotely friendly! If you don’t want to work in customer service then don’t. I don’t like feeling like I forced you to do your job.

I love Chipotle but this particular one was not very good. I felt like I was being rushed even though it was not a busy time and some of the employees were not very friendly. The floors were disgusting and none of the tables were cleaned, and I had to wipe one off myself so I could actually sit down. Also the chips were all crushed and barely able to be used for dipping.

Went in to pick up my order to go. My meal was supposed to be ready at 6:40. I sat waiting for a while but nothing. While looking around there were many people waiting to get pick up orders. It was pretty busy. Not to be rude but it was a mess. Even the counter where you pay was covered in food. It took everything in me not to go up and ask for napkins to wipe down the counter that was right in front of my face. I finally went up to ask and they said I was next up. I finally walked out at 7:10. When I got home my husband started eating and there was a giant bay leaf in his food. Yum. We usually go to the one on south main and never have any problems.

Store closed 5 minutes before its actually supposed to be with no signage saying that’s the case. What’s 5 minutes??? I had a pickup order. Worse they see you and ignore you outside. No hope left for these next generations of kids. Still people inside, only one in picture but there were approx 4-5 still in there.
