Absolutely disgusting place. 1 lady is actually working, while 3 people are screwing around in the back. Was told while ordering that they had no sour cream. Went back to get some more food to go for another, and they all the sudden had sour cream. The lobby was absolutely filthy, and all the counters and table tops were covered in food specs and trash. I had to wipe my own table down to sit at. Someone here needs fired and replaced.

Good food, portion size is more than enough and the staff is always friendly! I go here, often. The only reason I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere is that there is, what looks like, repairs being made inside. When I was there, it was just exposed wood. Made the place look a little bogus but not overly grotesque. Hopefully, whatever repairs were being made are complete on my next visit. Overall, still a wonderful-filling, experience!

Love the food, don’t even care that they just throw everything in the bowl. Usually looks like a mess, but still amazing. Customer service, not so good. They rush you through the line, I’m always so frustrated, usually forget an item, because they are rushing me to finish.

This chipotle is consistently one of the best I have ever been to. I order Chipotle probably several times a week. This location has a great, customer-first mindset and they work hard to follow the online order directions/request well. I highly recommend this Chipotle!

No major issues other than weird toilet paper. Came in while on road trip and went to bathroom. Toilet paper very thin and two fresh rolls jammed in little metal cubby. Was a fresh roll on top of cubby but seemed weird and maybe gross. When I tried to take the roll from the metal cubby it was all jammed in there and started ripping and shredding it up. I was so befuddled but eventually managed to get a small bit of toilet paper. This is why there is a shredded piece of paper left atop the metal cubby in the first stall of the women’s bathroom. Do not be alarmed. It is clean. Just very shredded up. Fix this please.

Absolute trash. Im not sure if the only two locations in Bloomington-Normal are franchises or corporate, both are equally terrible. And forget about getting your issue taken care of in a timely manner, because chipotle offers no real “customer service”.

Normally the food is pretty good but I recently placed an order through the Chipotle app for delivery and never received it. Never got a call saying it was on its way, nothing. Totally Doordash’s fault but no biggie, figured I’d swing by after work and just ask for it to be remade. Was told that they can’t remake it because “anyone can lie about not receiving their food and just get a free meal.” So wait a minute, if I said I got undercooked meat, or had a hair in my food, would you remake it then? Very poor customer service; signed, someone who used to work food service.

I walked into this Chipotle, and was immediately unimpressed. There wasn’t a single clean table to sit at. If I hadn’t ordered online, I would’ve left. I waited for my food to finish being made at the cleanest spot I could find. No one greeted me, or spoke to me at all for that matter. They were out of the fancy lemonade/limeades. By the time I left, and was on the road home, I dug into my burrito only to find that it was lukewarm at best.
