Great food… Fast. Get a bowl & 2 side burritos. Irs cheaper than 2 burritos. The staff is really great. Not the best location but accessable. Really like chipotle.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I just needed to say that I had an encounter with the worst management I have ever experienced. This manager – Olivia -argued and blamed me for a mistake that took place at the register. I have been going to this chipotle for close to a year and always get the same thing. Which comes to the same price. Today it was 10 dollars more and i was frustrated and confused by this. So much so I guess that the manager stated I was scary and she was so flustered that she the proceed to add another person’s order to my bag because she didn’t know what to do. In now way did I rush her or demand anything. I then discovered this after sitting and waiting for my other order to finish being made. I then had to read out my receipt multiple times to adress something else was added. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and never have had a manager argue and blame me for a mistake. Yes I was frustrated and irritated but who wouldn’t be.

I eat here a few times each week…. After today’s visit I’m finding a new lunch spot. They charged me an extra $1.50 because I asked for the sour cream to be on the side instead of on top of my burrito bowl…. it’s their new policy? The past year, portions keep getting smaller, the workers are less friendly, and a $1.50 for sour cream on the side instead of on the bowl feels excessive.

The line was out the door, do to a team of our kids showing up, among the normal customer flux, for supper. There were only a handful of workers, do to this being their usual slower night. Was really impressed!!Couldn’t have asked for better service and friendliness, from the staff. The food was on point, also. Highly recommend!

Chipolte is a staple in my food plan. Each time I go there, one worker regularly stands out. Today I asked her name (Charmane). When I pulled up, the line was out of the door and all of the workers were focused and hustling. I had ordered on my app so I just settled in for my meal and watched as all of the workers listened and responded to each customer with intent and kindness. What impressed me so much about Charmane is when the line was almost gone, I saw and heard her go around to each worker and express her appreciation for all they do. It was genuine and it seemed as the other workers believed that as well. I love Chipolte, but I love it a little bit more for Charmane and the crew who worked the lunch crowd today. Kudos to you all!

I love Chipotle. Usually visit a store twice per week. This location is out of a main ingredient every time I visit. Not sure what is going on with their purchasing, but it is a waste of time to visit and learn they are out of beans, rice, tortillas, cheese etc. I am from out of town and will stop giving this location a chance as it turns into a waste of time every time I visit.

I went in there around 9:50, not knowing they close at 10. they were all cleaning up when i walked in, and so i apologized and they all looked and rolled their eyes. they were out of everything. and treated me very poorly. they made my bowl wrong. i wanted a veggie bowl and they somehow put extra chicken when they went in the back to add the beans they were out of. i never once said anything about chicken. then they got mad at me because i was paying cash and not card. worst fast food experience i have ever had. will NEVER come back here.
