I had the chicken tacos with hard shells. The ingredients were fresh and you get really good portion of each item you want. For example, I got a lot of chicken that I wasn’t sure how it would all fit into the shells!

I went there in person, and liked it so much, that I decided to download the app and order again. I picked up the online order, and immediately I felt the bag was light in weight. When I got back to the office and opened it, it was clear they left out items selected, including double-meat and black beans. Not sure if this was intentional or not, but it was not worth the trouble fighting. Just chalk it up as a service issue, and perhaps a management issue.

This particular location is getting worse and worse. Unfortunately I have to agree with the dozens of complaints about small portions compared to other chipotle’s nearby. The staff used to be amongst the worst from all chipotle’s I have been to (100+ locations). Today staff during the afternoon shift were ok and didn’t ask for a tip before paying which shows either the company doesn’t pay its staff well or it has a problem with acquiring decent quality staff. This brand has been going down hill for a while. The food today was consistently ok but the portions is my main reason for the two stars and the disgusting environment of dirty tables, floor and food literally all over the place. The supervisor just walked through while drinking his coke and didn’t bother to clean anything! He just collected the tabasco bottles and nothing more. What a sad atmosphere and after this review, there will be NO MORE visits to this location. I’m sorry for a few staff members who do care about their job and the brand. It is time this company starts to either get new management and rebrand or close doors and start another type of business. Hygiene in this “restaurant” is a zero stars. Authorities should do some unannounced spot checks…

Food wise this was a good Chipotle, but from a service perspective this was the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. The staff were so rude, wouldn’t restart my burrito after i said brown rice and they filled it with white rice then just scraped half off and topped it off with brown rice. I got glared at for asking for a bag. They were so rude when i asked for chips and salsa. i didn’t realise there was 3 salsa options to choose from with the chips and the staff were very rude and snappy about it. will never be returning to this branch ever again.

The food here was simply OK. It’s a chain, and they remain pretty consistent. The unfortunate part was that the dining room was filthy. And it was at 3 PM in the afternoon, so it’s not like it was after the lunch or dinner rush. I couldn’t find a clean table to sit at. I mentioned it to two people and it took them over 10 minutes to get someone out on the floor to clean the tables. Other Chipotle’s are cleaner.

I’m honestly so frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. I ordered a Sofritas bowl and a Chicken bowl — and simply asked for the chicken to be served on the side. The server said that was fine. But when I got the bill, I was charged for a Veggie bowl with extra chicken — which makes zero sense. I ended up paying $3.85 extra for something that should’ve been included in the first place.
When I pointed this out, the cashier brushed it off saying, “That’s just how it works.” Really? That’s how it works to overcharge a customer? I’ve been a loyal Chipotle fan for years, but this felt like being dismissed and cheated over something so basic.
To make things worse, customer service sent a copy-and-paste apology and a coupon that only works if I spend more money within 30 days. So not only did I get charged extra, but now I have to pay again to “get my money back”? That’s just insulting.
I’ve always loved Chipotle’s food, but this experience left a really bad taste — not from the food, but from how little they seemed to care about doing the right thing.

I gave 1 star rating as this location specifically gives half scoop chicken, where others are generous. I felt the quantity is too low for 10$ bowl. Hardly you find meat when u eat. More of veggie bowl for me. I’m sharing my review after 5 visits as this store been constantly doing the same. I have ordered extra meat then that was more terrible as they add half of half spoon as extra they served with and charge you 4$. I was not sure for 1st time then after seeing it multiple times I raised a question and they said that’s what they serve.

Good food (everything appeared and tasted pretty fresh and they were making more to re-fill the batches of food, toppings and such) Very friendly and helpful service, BUT I suggest you have more staff on had, 3 people is not enough, and is it fair for only one person to be taking care of customers, making the food and handling checking out while the other two just clean, when there are more than 3-5 people waiting?!?! This is a solid location, but there is room for improvement.

I literally don’t complain often but this restaurant was terrible. It was not a welcoming environment, everything seemed rushed and they did not ensure that the food quality would be good. If they had done so, I wouldn’t have found A FLY in my food. This is unacceptable and should be looked into honestly.
